I have been shopping at this store for the past ten years and was mostly satisfied until this afternoon. I arrived at the store at 5:45pm and I was trying to match a color. The employee arrived and told me they he was sorry to interrupt the party but he had to close the store. It was 6:02pm. I understand that you do not accept new customers past 6pm but those that are already inside should be handled differently, particularly when they are done and ready to purchase their paint. I would give a five stars on that employee rudeness though!

I went in I was very adamant about eggshell when I was ordering cuz that's what the lady wanted. And after painting a room I realized they gave me satin. That was the second time that I've went there and been disappointed both times I tried to give you guys a chance.

Don't leave your personal items with the store located at 6124 Wilmington Pike. I brought in a brand new board that I had just purchased to have a color match stain to an entertainment center I had bought from Arhaus. They told me to give them about 3 days so I returned 4 days later and they hadn't done it yet. I said okay, left and returned 7 days after I had originally dropped it off. It still wasn't done! I said I just wanted the two boards back and I would stain match myself. They brought the boards out and both had red paint on them!! The guy working just shrugged his shoulders at me. When I got home I realized that the board not only had red paint on it but it was bent, almost like it was warped but I knew that the board was perfect because I had just purchased it and picked it out myself. As I looked at the board I immediately realized why it was curved in the middle, because it had a single footprint right in the center of the board!! So not only did they not stain match, get red paint on the two boards I left in their possession but they stepped on my board! Hopefully telling what happened to me will prevent it from happening to someone else.

This location only! Sherwin Williams is my go to normally. I brought a paint chip in tonight for a custom match... normally pretty simple. The clerk mixed a color obviously too dark... it was nothing close to what I needed, which was for touch ups and had to be close.When I said it was wrong he debated with himself what to do, and tried “eyeballing” some different color into what he had mixed wrong. Made it worse. To top it off, when I asked if he could just mix one to a paint chip I chose that was close, he said he didn’t want to charge me for another one. Lol seriously? This guy was about to charge me for paint he mixed wrong. I told him forget it, I’m not buying it because it’s not the right paint, and walked out. Going to my home store tomorrow where I know they’ll get it right the first time, and not try to charge me for paint they mix wrong. Love the company but this store needs to train the workers better, and should consider showing customers the color match on the computer BEFORE they mix a gallon of it.

The employee had a lot of knowledge about what I needed to use on my kitchen cabinets and suggested I have the primer tented close to the top coat so it would be easier to cover
