“The review of Melissa Shelton is exaggerated. She made her reservation online but did not read all of the instructions. The cost for an in-town rental is less than a one-way rental in most cases and especially when the vehicle is being taken to a location close to the dispatching location. She did not read all of the instructions when she was making the reservation and she had indeed scheduled for an intown rental. She even mentioned, at our counter, the cost of the rental that she had scheduled, and it was the in-town cost. This happens frequently as people do not read all of the directions but just hit buttons. Miss Shelton was under a lot of stress as she was getting married the next day and we understand that this is a stressful time. Our agent was only trying to inform her that the reservation was submitted by Miss Shelton as an in-town rental, that she could not take the vehicle that she had reserved one-way it had to be returned to this location and that there were no one-way vehicles available at this location for that day. It is unfortunate that Miss Shelton felt that she was treated so poorly. We hope her wedding was a perfect day.”
“Octavian was a 5 star plus professional. I had a Spectrum equipment return. He carefully explained how the return works. He told me not to lose the return receipt in case spectrum says they didn’t get it back. I appreciated his telling me to hang onto it for up to a year. Great advice!!!!”
“On 3/11/23 I arrived 5 minutes before closing. The only employee in the stoor still helped me with shipping my package and printing my label from a return email I was having issues with. He was professional and kind to my and my two year old daughter, even after he had to stay late to help us. Our experience was great and he really made our life a whole lot easier.”

“I won't discount the negative experiences that others have had with this delivery service. But fortunately for me, my package just arrived in great condition in my area of Ohio. They delivered my package without incident. It was placed on my front porch and was immediately updated as delivered, which is how I knew it was there. Every update was accurate and it even came a little earlier.I feel so bad for everyone that has had to take a loss for the either the negligent, or out right disrespectful and unprofessional handling of their property. Yeah, it's their property, they paid for it. And some of compensation should afforded to them.”

He is the reason I keep coming back to this location. The guy is awesome. He deserves a raise, better yet his own store.
