Fun place to get some energy out. Staff is friendly and the prices are responsible. It can be busy during times all the schools are out but we came on spring break and it was just 3 or 4 kids.

Manager sucks. He’s extremely rude and condescending upon the customers. We payed $23 for a pass to play basketball on the slam ball court for a birthday. We asked if we could play and he told us no because he was so lazy that he didn’t want to fix the small problem of water being on the court. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a trampoline park and don’t appreciate it from the leprechaun of an owner.

I am extremely disappointed with SkyZone’s customer service. They have been charging my card for the past four months, even though my son has no active membership. I’ve called numerous times, but no one answers, and their voicemail is always full, making it impossible to leave a message. The one time I did reach someone, the manager was unhelpful and argumentative, claiming they don’t handle memberships at the facility but provided no guidance on who does. This has been an ongoing, frustrating issue with no resolution in sight. It’s sad because my son loves going there, but once this is resolved, we will not be returning. Future birthday parties will be held at Nova instead.

This was my first visit to skyzone on 01/04/2025 so I was already excited to see what the environment was like. I had saw the slides so a couple of friends and I went to the slides, we met an employee I think his name was Austin…? He was super cool, he told us to have a good day and was very polite to all of us, I just wanted to shout him out

Experience was alright for the most part but I went with my almost 2yr old hoping to let him play in the 6 and under section and he's way to small to play in an area that's supposed to be for him there was just things to climb when most kids under 6 can barely walk it was an absolute joke no wonder nobody was in there. Might as well just get rid of the area if your not going to actually offer Littles something to do at their age range

I’m usually a Karen so I’m due for a good review. I just wanted to give a shout out to the teens and young adults that worked tonight 1/5/25. They worked hard. They always had a smile and nice conversation. And, they were always there to help. They were lenient with kiddos and never once acted like they were on a power trip like some places we have been to. Also, this was the first time we have been there in about 7 years and they have made some pretty fun updates! ( it used to be boring). So here is my shout out to Ari, Austin, and Colton?( I think that was his name). You made our evening so cool!

Use caution when parking. They’ve upgraded a lot of game machines and trampolines since we last visited which is nice. Unfortunately, it seems they’ve neglected to ensure their cameras function properly so when my car was hit while parked there was nothing they could do- turns out someone else was just hit here yesterday. Why not fix something so simple and beneficial?

The manager of this Sky Zone should be reprimanded for how he treated my family today. We brought my son and a group of kids in to celebrate my son's 10th birthday. He had a gift card his grandparents had given him for Christmas last year. The gift card had been purchased along with 2 others last December. When my husband went to use the card today, the employee told him there was no money on the card. It was a brand new card, and the scratch off numbers on the back had never been used. The other 2 cards that had been purchased at the same time had money on them, but not this one. Obviously, there was a mistake in loading this card because the total amount of $120 had been charged to the credit card which was used to purchase them. However, since we did not have a receipt from 10 months ago, the manager refused to honor the card. Even though it makes no sense that we would have a brand new gift card in a sleeve with a pair of socks with no money on it. My husband was reasonably upset at this situation and the manager refused to try to solve the problem in any other way than saying there was nothing he could do. They essentially stole $60. Then to top it off, the manager said to one of his employees under his breath, but loud enough for my husband to hear, "If that guy hadn't been such an ass I would have given him a discount." That kind of management behavior is unacceptable. If this establishment wants to stay in business during these times when people's money tight, they should consider treating their customers with more respect and working to solve problems like misloaded gift cards! We are very disappointed and will continue to pursue a refund of the money that was paid for that gift card but never put on it. Shameful!
Update: Someone from Sky Zone's feedback team contacted me and offered us two free passes, which we gratefully accepted.

The kids had so much fun. Firstly. The host was so unbelievably amazing! BUT!! I booked the party online, I got the mega event. I was charged for everything individually- I didn’t receive any of the goodies like the water bottles or jump passes for our jumpers. I called the manager and he laughed at me. Told me I should have paid better attention. Refused to do anything. The party should have been $360 ish and I was charged $540. This is insane. Please pay attention when they charge you. Ask for an itemized copy.

My son jumped in the foam pit and rolled around for a minute. The pieces of foam are so old and dry that he was covered in small particles. His eyes were swollen and he seemed immediately ill, coughing and spitting. When we got him home and took his temp, he had a high fever and was sick for 3 days. This all happened within 1hr of him leaving the foam pit. The place is overpriced and smells like a diaper. We won't be returning as GetAir is much better.

Disrespectful and smart mouth manager suggesting I can’t pay for a quick standard pass with an hour and 15 minutes left in being opened.

Taller, bald manager with glasses yesterday yelled at my kids for touching the line stanchions. Never saw him before yesterday, think his name was Damien? Or Damon? Something starting with a D.

Drove almost a hour today to take our 10,7 and 4 year old here for the first time today. Our daughter has a bday coming up at the end of the month so we wanted to check it out before booking her bday party here. There was a lot for the kids to do, I paid $100 for myself and 3 kids to jump for 90 minutes which is definitely more than Get Air but hey they kids wanted to go so i was willing to pay. There is a sign on the 3 slides that says 5 and up. After having my 10 and 7 year old go down the slide multiple times and listening to my 4 year old cry because she wanted to go down too and join in on the fun i asked one of the male workers if she was too small to go down because i had seen numerous kids much smaller than her going down but wanted to double check. He said she’s fine to go down, we have that sign up more so for weight in so they don’t get stuck going down, that he would rather her go down by herself than with me because you could clearly see she isn’t a small child by all means and weighs as much as her 7 year old brother 45lbs. She went down numerous times with zero issues at all. I would wait at the top of the slide for her to come up the stairs and she would go down repeating the process numerous times that was until another worker a younger long dark hair male with a mustache stopped her and told her NOT nicely that she was not allowed to go up the stairs and blocked her from going up. I was uptop and couldn’t hear exactly what all he said but my oldest came up and told me my youngest had just gotten yelled at. So i immediately asked the worker what the problem was and that i had already cleared it with the other male before she ever went down that he needed to call him over to verify i wasn’t lying and there wasn’t any issues with her going down. He told me he didn’t have to do anything and what he said goes if i didn’t like it we could leave! We are leaving early after paying $100, with a crying child who will NOT be having her birthday party here nor we will ever be coming back or recommend coming back. For kids clubhouse to be so close as well as many get air parks and based on the 5 people that was there on a Sunday today i would highly recommend re-evaluating your policies and procedures and ensuring all of your staff is aware of them and how to approach and handle issues. Today was completely unacceptable and i know first hand from owning 3 salons of my own the your employees can make or break you and your employee today definitely made us never want to come back or recommend this place to anyone.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go to kids clubhouse or get air it’s cheaper and the employees are more respectful

This place is really not worth it.
I spent over $50 for 2 kids who were bored and begging to leave before the time was even up. The main trampoline area was closed. This is the second time we've been when a main attraction was cordoned off. It's also the second visit where I've had to fill out the entire waver form twice because the tablets at check-in glitched. We've been to several Sky Zone locations in a few states, and this is probably the worst. It's insanely loud, grimy, not a lot to do, tons of space taken up by expensive video games, food and drinks are exorbitant, hardly anywhere for parents to sit... I really hope my kids never want to go back.
