I was getting ready to move from Ohio to California to move in with my daughter and her family. I just retired. I wanted a new bed to be delivered to their home so it would be there when I got there. I have very bad arthritis all over and have had three major surgeries in the last 6 years. My daughter suggested I try a sleep number bed which she and my son-in-law have. I looked online and compared sleep number with other beds that were very highly rated but and less expensive and less expensive. However, there were no stores where I could go try the beds out. In my case there was a sleep number store 35 minutes away. It made a huge difference. I had made up my mind that I wasn't going to like the beds and they were going to be too hard and too expensive. The salesman and I had already been talking through text. When I got there he showed me the bed mattress that I thought that I would want which was very nice and very comfortable. They have a way of showing you, on a computer, where your pressure points are and when they are relieved by the bed. That bed was very good. It was the p5. Then he showed me the i8. My back pain was was relieved quite a bit by the p5, but when I tried the I 8, it completely disappeared. The bed is being set up in California and it will be there when I move the 1st of January. I can't wait to get it. I was very wrong about my feelings that the beds would be hard. I also bought two pillows on a buy one get one Black Friday sale. I can't imagine anyone not liking these mattresses and frames that can be moved in different positions. I am a skeptic and absolutely fell in love with the beds the moment I laid on them. They were way better than I could have ever anticipated.

Went to the store to get sheets and pillows. Encountered a guy named David. Was very rude. Commented about me being a stomach sleeper and the pillow I wanted. Questioned me about not buying a sleep number and interrogated me on how much ai spent on my new bed. Needless to say I will never go back and will contact HQ.

We went on a Wednesday afternoon around lunch time. There was only one salesperson in the store and he was working with another customer. He excused himself from them and got us started and then returned to complete the transaction with the first couple. He never made us feel rushed, even when two more customers came into the store while we were completing our transaction. He was incredibly personable and very knowledgeable. There were no high pressure sales tactics to get us to buy something. The store was clean and easy to reach off a main thoroughfare.

Our experience with Sleep Number was great from beginning to end. Our sales rep Lance was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was honest, up-front, funny, and did not try to pressure us into buying anything unnecessary. On our first trip to the store, he even stayed a couple minutes late to answer a few questions - and this was before we even committed to buying anything! Our bed was recently delivered and setup and we couldn't be happier. I haven't slept this well in a long time!

My husband and I have been searching online and locally perfect mattress that meets our needs. My husband has had back surgery twice and continues to have issues, including neuropathy. I have had my fair share of injuries as well and needed a Mattress with the capability to adjust the pressure point areas. Additionally, Finally, we stopped in to the sleep number store on my Ambrook Centerville Road in Dayton and talk with Josiah. We are well prepared with questions, appreciated depth of knowledge and no pressure demeanor. He listened to our concerns and help guide us to a couple options. He allowed us to do some research While we were there. He Spent time with us looking at the best option that meets our needs and then did some comparison pricing. We are excited to be a new sleep number cysty and are grateful that that Josiah was there. He.took great cate of us!

My 78 year old Mother purchased a $3500 bed from Sleep Number from Lance in Centerville. A bit over a year later, my Mother moved and along with her came (2) Sleep number beds, her new one and an old one she had kept. The new bed didn't work, properly inflate the mattress and the remote also did not work with the bed anymore following the move. She called the Sleep number store and they referred her to National Customer Service phone line, you will get zero service from Lance at this store, he believes that's all Corporate's problem. So My Mom paid $250 to have some technician from Sleep Number show up to tell her that her base was broken and she'd need to replace it, and then he left and never got back with her to explain the next steps. A week later call made back to Sleep Number Corporate and they say the pump is what's broken. Keep in mind bed is still under warranty. I go back to the store today to speak with the Manager of how best to sort this out, and lo and behold the lack of customer service my Mom has been experiencing was staring at me in the face. No help from the Manager, Lance, he was just upset I was complaining about legitimate issues with their beds and service and he cared more about the people they were trying to sell to in the room. I left with no solution and no customer service. Be warned, if you buy anything from this store, do it knowing you're on your own as soon as you walk out the door and they already have your money! ~Concerned Son

Lance was a wonderful salesman. Very helpful& informative. Not pushy. Delivery was great! Love my new asleep Number bed! No more back pain, no more hip pain & no more shoulder pain!
