SPENGA Dayton offers a kickass, excellent, and super energizing workout. Its unique format combines 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of yoga all in one 60-minute session, creating a perfect balance of heavy hitting cardio, strength work, and relaxing yoga. The staff is amazing, super friendly, helpful, and encouraging. Highly trained instructors are careful to watch during classes and motivate everyone to be their best self. Each instructor brings their own playlists and personalities, making the fun and energetic workouts something to love. It is a community of like-minded individuals with an awesome atmosphere. The studio invites people to try their first class for free, promising a strong body and strong mind.

Excellent workout for someone who has had spin classes and yoga but not much strength training. Instructors are careful to watch during classes and when I've had to pause my membership they have been helpful.

Love, Love, Love!! The staff is amazing and the workouts are fun and energetic. I love the 3 different workouts with spinning, strength training and yoga. You can do anything for 20 minutes!! Would highly recommend! Try your first class for free.
