I was in short-notice need of storage while approaching the time that I move out of my present residence to allow for remodeling. I spoke with Angie who gladly showed me available spaces and their price ranges. She worked so well with my situation in regards to timeframe and military discounts. Restrictions were covered well and how to provide notification once I'm ready to vacate the storage area. It was a very pleasant experience. In the future, should the need arise I won't hesitate to come back to Storage Inns of America. I also had the pleasure of witnessing some serious multi-tasking by Angie as she dealt with three customers at the same time. What professionalism and excellence at work!!!

Highly recommend! I compared a few storage facilities in the area and came across this one. Angie, the manager, called promptly and helped me get it set up. She’s very knowledgeable and helped to answer any questions or uncertainties. This facility has easy access to the gates with hours that work for my needs. The 5x10 unit is perfect for what I need. Price-wise, there is an initial fee of $20. But, the unit rent is on sale for a significantly lower rate right now. When I factored the prices of competing facilities in the area, this is still significantly cheaper than other facilities that don’t have that initial fee provided you’re utilizing the facility for 4 or more months. This facility is going to be more affordable, more secure, and more conveniently located than elsewhere for me. I’m very satisfied.

I want to take a moment to thank the Manager, Kim K, for being so helpful during my visit.
I was undertaking a massive job by reorganizing my storage unit, while simultaneously, transferring ownership of the unit from the previous person for my company.
She took the time to understand my request. She gave me the easy-to-follow steps of what needs to occur for ownership transfer. She also walked to the other end of the property to physically relay any pertinent updates. She was a delight during the entire process and I am grateful for her attentive service.

Storage Inns is very clean, bug and rodent free and no leaks. I appreciate how well they maintain their units. Also, after several years of using this facility I know my belongings are in a safe and secure location. The staff, especially Angie Aiple- Manager, are all friendly, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I highly recommend Storage Inns of America.

Hi met with Tim, the manager to rent a storage unit. Tim was very thorough in going over everything. He was very helpful. Amazing customer service. The unit looks good and it was easy to open and lock. Tim's instrucitons on how to get in and out of the gate were very clear, it made it easy for my first time to drop things off.
