I go there all the time, never have any problems, the one guy orders the beer that I like, friendly staff!

Using pay at pump- with chip card- selected credit numerous times- it kept asking for PIN number- retried by selecting button above the word credit in the thoughts that it was mislabeled- still asking for PIN number.Not the first time I have had payment issues with the pump. Finally used contactless and it had no issues.
