Okay but a few broken vaccums

Tried this location after the Smithville one--both automatic bays out of service. Sub-par upkeep; I recommend avoiding both.

I wish I could give zero stars! This is the 3rd time I’ve come here and the foam brush doesn’t work. I tried two different lanes. Such a rip off. Fix your equipment already!

This is a run of the mill car wash, perfectly adequate to clean up your car in the way most of us do (i.e. spray off the dirt). But the reason for the low rating is that the usability of the equipment was poor.
The control box in the bay that I used was very finicky. You had to play around with it to get the dial to lock into the proper setting.
The bigger factor was that not one but two of the vacuums ate my money. One never came on, and the other activated but didn't "suck", which sucked, but not in the way I wanted it to suck.
There was also a sketchy car two bays over that wasn't washing their vehicle. I could hear what sounded like a video playing, and I got a faint whiff of marijuana as I was leaving. It was 3 AM, so it wasn't going to be a church going family, but there it is.

Only one side of drive-thru wash was working. Fortunately I was timing it just right because no one else was there

It’s a money grab half of the bays do not work but will still accept your card. The have a minimum 2.75 charge so no matter what before you realize anything you’re already out 2.75. I would avoid this location and the one on smithville I tried them both and they both have the same issues.

I would give zero stars if I could.
Woodman and Smithville locations will charge your credit card and nothing turns on , they got them one hell of a scam going because they know most people probably won't go thru all the red tape for less than 5 bucks, Wonder how many $2.75 charges they rip off in a day , probably making a killing!

The vacuum times are the shortest I've seen anywhere. You have to run it 3 or 4 times to do a decent job at 1.50 each time All of the bays have credit card readers but only one actually worked. I had 4 cars there with family members. I spent a ton of money for half-washed cars. The change machine was out of order also.

Both locations at Woodman and Smithville just take your money and they don't work. I will never go to this place ever again. I would suggest you do not go either.

Put the sprayer on soft polish and there is no soft polish it's just water. Put the sprayer on soft water rinse.. there's no soft water it's just regular water. On top of that the water itself smells kind of like sewage, untreated water. So I am just spraying gross untreated water right back onto my car. This place is a wreck nobody's taking care of it at all. They have another location on Smithville road that is actually WORSE, That's why I came here.. I called the phone number listed on their sign and it just hangs up... I tried several times and it just hangs up on you... I will never use a SUPER WASH again. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK, THEY ARE STEALING FROM THE PUBLIC.

Some of the machines do not work and there is no way to get your money back, no signs, no lever, no button, nothing. Lost money on two machines today. Do not recommend!!

The auto wash is dysfunctional as far as taking money and debit cards. It wouldn't recognize my debit card so I had to try cash. Out of 8 crisp dollar bills it rejected all of them. Had to change them into quarters. Had to get the cheapest wash and it didn't even wash off the spider web that was in the license plate indentation...

It's OK, great location. After automatic wash no air drying, which was disappointing for me

Everything works but it's too expensive. A quarter only gets you 20 seconds. If your into actually cleaning in detail, it'd be cheaper just to pay the $8-$12 for a drive thru washer. At least with those they rinse off the undercarriage as well.
