They literally gave me rancid food that was dried up and looked like it had been thrown in a corner. I paid $50 to have food delivered.

Staff was kind and helpful. My wife gets her dairy free meals here and they r always cool with it. Give everyone a raise, they deserve it. As a store manager it's cheaper to pay staff more than to keep hiring and

Messed up my order. Food dry and cold. Chicken dry. Instead of chicken crispanada, he gave me dry chicken taco.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I've been too. Drive-thru staff were rude. One person man started taking the order and then woman jumped in. And apparently the Chalupa has absolutely no meat on it. And the Doritos taco double stack don't get much lettuce and very little meat. But we did not order a double stack... My girlfriend asked for the new Stacker quesadilla. We where in the area for a doctor's appointment and wanted something quick and good. Although it was quick it was not good. I'm very unhappy. And by the time we checked it we were already on the highway north. I'm down right pissed. 15.65 for 5 things and the cheesy potatoes were the only thing that was good. I tried musseling through the Chalupa. But couldn't. And once I opened the Taco I put in the bag and will be through it away once home. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!

Except for the lady behind the counter berating her fellow employees it was a great visit! I left my card for the sweet young lady who waited on me for her mgr to call me! The lady who was cussing at fellow employees and vaping in back as she's throwing a fit. Sure didn't want her touching my food! Sorry the others had to be upset by it. Great job keeping their cool. Volatile!

This crew is the FLIPPIN BEST fast food crew that I have seen in a long time. They KNEW MY NAME when I walked in, William did! I about Fell out!The food is great, not all slapped together! Dining area always clean!I drive across town to get Tacos at this one! KUDDOS to the management team for having such a wonderful crew.

So I came about a year ago and waited 50 min on my lunch break and watched 5 people walk out. I come back today and the rude lady making food tells 4 people to use the kiosk or go to the drive thru that that’s all she’s doing right now. Weird how both times I’ve stopped here they are crazy rude and treating people like they do. 2 older ladies walked out probably because they didn’t know how to use kiosk. Now to the next scenario. Employees Smoking cigarettes inside the bathroom. Half smoked cigarette on the hand dryer and the trash can had three or so smoked cigarette butts that we’re put out with water laying in the bottom of the can. Whole bathroom stunk super bad and this is bad management no matter how you look at it. I bringing the receipts too just check the pictures. Store needs new management and the smaller white girl that was in there came in like a trooper and jumped on the line and started getting stuff done. Good employee if you ask me.

PLEASE can you all pay more attention to cross contamination with the meat and beans! I keep finding bits of meat mixed in to veggie tacos. Otherwise y’all are great but I know there have been employees here who didn’t even know you were supposed to use different utensils.

Whatever lady is the lunch manager is an idiot. Have a dining room full of people waiting to order and took 1 order then went to make food without saying anything for 15 minutes, so I left.Terrible experience all around.
