Lack of clarity about their rollback of inclusion policy makes Target sus, IMO. What exactly will change. Until more clarity is published, Target will not be my first choice for shopping.

Target Optical - Do not go to this as they will not cover eligible benefits or offers at Opticals. I have confirmed from Eyemed and they said there is no reason why they should deny the offer they partner with Target Optical. Clearly we are not going to this Opticals any more, have been going here from the time it was here.

This place has become trashy. You go in to return something and the customer service desk is piled high with items. Would not advise this location. Their website always says stuff is in stock and when u buy online pick up in store it's never available, which means they don't update their inventory. They also don't fill orders within 2 hours. It ends up being at least a full day. Corporate needs to shut this place down.

I never seen a Target store like this and I use to be the beauty adviser for the SC location! The shelves are bare and very dirty, The lines to check out are so long too but the service is epic ! Maybe they are short staffed

Everytime I shop here there is a half mile long line for self checkout. I wish I was being dramatic, but I am not. Please get them more help.

Target over all is a great place to shop but one thing I hate is customer service is bad at times. It’s like when you speak they don’t speak back or I just feel like it towards the black people. When I see other people are being spoke to in a kind matter.

Do not buy LG TVs. You can’t cast prime movies without a chrome cast. What a joke my cheap Roku can do that. Lg sucks. The Tv also runs slow. This is last years (2023) model

We went in on the evening of May 11th. The manager on duty ( a taller guy with tattoo sleeves on each arm ) came up to our cashier and aggressively slapped his arm and began to yell and curse at him in front of multiple customers. There is absolutely no universe this should ever happen in. God only knows what happens when customers aren’t around. Wishing the best for our cashier. He was visibly shaken. I hope he finds another job it’s definitely not worth it.

I’m really disappointed about this specific location. It’s not very organized or clean, the customer service/cashier people are no help or don’t care enough to be of help, maybe one kind person out of every 100 Target employees. It’s closest to my home, but no one wants to be accountable or responsible (Christmas season to restock a tree so we drove to beavercreek Target/items not available except at beavercreek and centerville/long lines for checkout/trash gets piled up outside pouring out of garbage can/bathrooms)

Friendly staff, clean and organized, and I was even pleasantly surprised by a few of the grocery prices.

The store was clean and well stocked however, the checkout process was a nightmare. There was only one register open outside of the self-checkout. There were at least 6 people in each line when we got there. The self checkout registers had issues with each customer and only one staff member, making the process take even longer. Overall a very disappointing expierence.
