“Another wonderful Goodwill store in the Miami Valley! I haven't been for awhile, but always found interesting items and great clerks working there. It is across the street from a quintessential long standing area bookstore.”
“Great thrift store with a lot of good finds. They have daily specials where the color tag corresponds to a special price. For the day I went, the blue and red tags were 50% off.”
“Bought quite a few large furniture items here last week. They provided delivery to my home in Dayton for $60 which was very reasonable and helped us a ton. Such nice guys that work here!!! Will be a go-to spot for furniture for me from now on.”

“The St Vincent De Paul Shelter is a disgrace as how do they make money from this stuff but don't take care of the people that are homeless. They literally feed them the drugs and mentally torture those people”
“Just discovered this shop a week ago, but I have been back twice for shopping and also to drop items off for resale. It's a very nicely laid out shop, not all junky, with great staff and wonderful items. I look forward to going back regularly.”

“I was really impressed with the pricing here. Not only was everything inexpensive, but there were is plenty of things to find. The only thing I would change is paying the volunteers for their time. I understand they’re “volunteers” for a reason, but in this day and age everyone deserves payment for driving to and from work, dealing w/customers and spending endless hours in one place. I choose local thrift stores over Goodwill for this very reason and hope the workers get something more than friendly service here.”
“I recently visited the Goodwill located at 6868 Miller Ln, Dayton, OH 45414, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. As someone who typically prefers thrift stores over Goodwill, I approached this visit with low expectations, but I found a diverse selection of items that caught my eye. The store boasted an impressive array of clothing, including skirts, shorts, outerwear, and a variety of accessories like purses, scarves, hats, and jewelry. Additionally, I was delighted to see a range of household items, from mugs to stuffed animals, blankets and seasonal decorations.
One aspect that stood out was the cleanliness and organization of the store. It felt well-maintained, making it easy to navigate through the aisles. The staff members were friendly and knowledgeable, which added to the positive atmosphere. However, I did find it slightly unprofessional to overhear staff discussing another team member openly; it created a bit of a distraction.
Checkout was a breeze, thanks to Miss Vivian, who was quick and efficient. I appreciated her mentioning it was senior day, although it was a bit awkward since I did not qualify for the discount. I was also surprised to learn about their return policy, which offers store credit within seven days of purchase, but no cash refunds.
Overall, while I didn't find a plethora of items that would compel me to return immediately, I would recommend this Goodwill location for its variety and cleanliness. It’s worth checking out if you’re in the area and looking for unique finds.”
“I love love love this store. Always well stocked & clean. I always find something awesome when I shop here. Very helpful and friendly associates too. One of my favorite second hand shops in the area.”
“Great experience. The helper came out with a cart right away and took the donations out of my car. He was very courteous and helpful. The store's a little out of my way but it will be my local Goodwill going forward. Highly recommend!”
“Not a bad spot for a goodwill decent selection of clothing I found a couple things and the staff I've interacted with are always nice. Always walk out with some good finds, for my lady friends check the men's t shirts section for some comfy shirts!”
“I'm from Cincinnati, but I was in the area and decided to check out this little shop. I'm very glad I did! Very clean, super organized, friendly helpful staff. Prices were hit or miss (some high, but mostly average thrift cost). I will definitely pop in again the next time I'm on town!”
“I absolutely love this store! Finding everything from useful furniture all the way to nostalgic items we had growing up. I have an amazing rocking chair, glass cookware, books and even some amazing VHS! I love browsing the isle two or three times, you never know what you might find.”
“I love this store and it’s a great place for finding little things for your house that are cute and vintage for cheap!! The staff is also always nice and it’s a very friendly place”
“There are two stores in one here. One side is a Liquidation area, the rest is Thrift. Both sides have great pricing, most a lot cheaper than Goodwill, some, the same.
I was dropping a carload off things off. The only issue I had was the lady at the donation door saying what they can't take. This after I told her I called and spoke with the owner about what they take and do not take. There is a buzzer for the donation door, and they do give a receipt.
Otherwise, everyone else was polite and helpful.
Would love to see the upper clothing racks lowered, difficult to grab things from.
Front doors are not ADA compliant, but they were already open.”
“trans folk! ?️⚧️?️⚧️?️⚧️this is a great place for all of u! if you are trying a new style but still in the closet or just nervous to buy different clothes this is such a cool place to do so.
i personally get nervous to shop at traditional stores in person because of people staring or judging so this was actually so euphoric to be able to shop and not worry about any of that. at checkout they don’t have to look through your stuff since its paid for by the pound so you can pretty much pick out whatever u want without worrying about people looking through it.
i left with 3 huge bags of new things to try to style (over 20 lbs) and it was only like $40.
definitely bring gloves or hand sanitizer because everything is just a free for all and all the items are unmarked and unorganized in a bunch of bins. another plus is this is just so eco-friendly as all of this clothes would be going into a landfill anyways.”
“The people here are great. It's obviously not just a job for most of them. They actually care about people and their community. They are giving back to the community and getting paid for it. How great is that?!!”
“This thrift store is great I always come here when I want to go thrifting, everything is color coded which is great and they always have a wide variety of things. (Music is always wack but that's okay) anyway this place is lit ???”
“Nice, clean, busy store with friendly help and great prices. Lots of parking space. Located near the area Walmart. The color barb of the week applies for 50% off clothing with that color barb, as it does at other Miami Valley Goodwill stores. I found a wonderful pair of walking shorts, like new, baring the weekly color barb, rounded up for Goodwill's charitable causes and paid $3.00 with the discount. "Thank you !" so much for all you do to help others.”
“If you’re looking for….. pretty much ANYTHING… this is the place to go! I love this market and I love supporting small businesses! I always find amazing deals and cool unique items here!”
