I’ve had new tires, rotations, alignments, oil changes, and a handful of other miscellaneous work done here in several of my different vehicles over the last 10 years. Some of the same staff has been here for all these years up front and always take care of me, and have done me some solids in the past as well, especially Kenny and Steve.

They replaced a damaged tire for me. I was a walk in with no appointment and was out in less than an hour. Had some issues and they went the extra mile. Am very grateful for how I was treated.

I had a flat tire that needed replaced, and ended up needing to replace all 4 (AWD car). Kenny helped me find an option that was a good tire but still in my price range. I was so stressed and frazzled by the whole situation, and he was patient and knowledgeable and helped me make an informed decision. There ended up being other issues during the service due to the previous work done on my car and they were transparent about the situation and explained it thoroughly. If you’re a young woman (or anyone!) with limited knowledge and nervous about getting your car worked on, you can trust Kenny to help you navigate it. I can’t recommend enough!

I drive a lot for my job and end up with multiple tire issues. The guys at this location always take good care of my car. They are fair and kind. Their warranties allow me to get repairs and replacements if needed, at no cost. I recommend them for everyone.

I went to this shop and bought 4 brand new tires in October and spoke with a worker and I had just had my oil changed before I brought it there for the tires. I was given a coupon for a free oil change and now it is June. Never was I told of an expiration date for the coupon and I called to schedule an oil change and coupon isn’t being honored because it expired in 6 months! I have a newer vehicle and if I had just got an oil change who are they to say it will need in 6 months?! Customer service means a lot and I am so disappointed with this. I will never buy tires or service my vehicle here again.

Very bad place to make maintenance fixing one tire for more than 4 hours waiting!!! after work finished, they parked outside and did not call my name until i asked about the car also very expensive i never recommended it to anyone

Fairly priced and very friendly employees from my experience, I recommend them for all your tire needs, they also do oil changes and sell various car items at this location such as batteries and various rim styles for your ride, I recommend this place they're great people.

My wife had a nail in her tire causing a slow leak. We dropped the car off yesterday knowing it was late in the day. They fixed it first thing this morning. We went and picked up the car, asked them how much and they said “no charge”. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful to say the least. We were at the Tire Discounter on Brandt Pike in Dayton, OH. Thank you very much Tire Discounter !!!! Kudos to you 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Great place to go for automotive shop. Great customer service. Friendly environment. Great work . The mechanics are good at what they do they do. I would recommend this store in Huber heights Ohio. Management is good there. Tire tech are fast and knowledgeable. Go there!!!!!

The Huber Heights store everyone was friendly, and helpful. They had my tires and alignment done quickly. They were great about assisting in redeeming online scheduling coupons when the system was not functioning correctly. Great job guys!
