I absolutely love coming here, they are so sweet and caring. Whenever I walk in I am always greeted and asked if I want a coffee or water which is so sweet. I loved my last hairstylist, but coming here my color has stayed so much longer and I feel like I am listened to about what I would like. Even if bangs are a bad idea 😁

Mary, I want to thank you so much for stepping in and saving the day with my haircut. The first stylist went in a completely different direction than what I asked for, leaving it shorter in the front and longer in the back, and much shorter overall than I had planned. I was honestly ready to walk out when you stepped up.
You not only listened to me, but you explained each step and made sure I understood what you were doing. You turned what started as a disappointing experience into one I walked away from feeling happy and confident.
I also want to mention how much I appreciated the kindness of the owner for unexpectedly comping my cut. Between the two of you, my entire experience was turned around, and that’s exactly why I’ll be back. Unfortunately, I know I won’t be able to see you next time, but I truly hope my next visit is just as wonderful because of the example you set.
Your knowledge, care, and professionalism really stood out, and I’m so grateful for you.

I took my 2.5yo for her very first haircut and everyone was so nice and kid friendly. She loved it and felt very comfortable. They gave her a first haircut certificate at the end. I highly recommend. She got her cut with Tina.

@Owner…..I understand how the process works. Ive had it done at your salon before. And I like how you did not mention how many times you canceled after my confirmations. I did cancel two times. Once when I forgot I had booked appointment and the other I DID call to state I could not make it. Your salon on the other hand has canceled on me more than 5 times. I did ask to seek with you but your rude receptionist stated that I could talk to him. Having me wait again for over a week for an appointment that I confirmed more then once isn’t trying to make it right knowing that you guys have canceled on me more then the 2 that I had to. AND a tip for your receptionist and yourself you guys should not tell customers over the phone that the girl you have doing the lash lift that her saying she can’t find a babysitter is by far the lamest excuse she has given you guys for calling off work. Then try to turn it around on me when I’m upset that it was canceled AGAIN by implying that I should get over it because I’ve canceled too. BUT like I said I will never waste my time again and I did find a new salon I rather send my money on. Thanks!
I’ve tried to book with this salon so many times to get a lash lift and confirmed my appointments to then have them canceled on me. I decided to give another chance since I have had my lash lift done here before and a hair cut for me to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment and Confirm my appointment. To be sent another confirmation text today at 9:20am for my appointment tomorrow at 5:30p so I confirmed again with them that I wanted my appointment for the salon to send me a text 20 minutes later to cancel because worker couldn’t find babysitter for tomorrow. Every-time I’ve booked they’ve always find a reason to cancel and don’t try to make it right. Never again will I waste my time.

I'm fairly new to Ohio and have been looking for a salon. I have been here twice and today's ask was a tall one. Natia was super kind and totally accommodating! She went above and beyond to achieve what I requested and I am so pleased with the turnout. I highly recommend this salon. Along with my stylist, the surrounding staff members are super friendly and helpful! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

They do a wonderful job on everyone. While they worked on my hair I watched men and women come and go with all kinds of haircuts and all looked fabulous.Clean upscale experience reasonably priced, you'd expect to pay much more for the level of expertise.Put down the Pantene, take the scissors away from your friend, ditch the walmart hairspray and get a professional treatment. It's worth it.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
