I love this shopping center and it appears so do a lot of other people. Always busy. I love a stop in Trader Joe's, buy my shoes from Roderer, and enjoy browsing the other retail spots.

Early Saturdays are one of my favorite times at T&C. No crowd, shops are just getting started, smell of popcorn popping. All of the shops are well-kept and staffed. Checkout lines can get pretty long later in the day, but that's everyplace.

All other shopping plazas wish they were Town & Country
Town & Country, serving the upscale communities of Kettering, Centerville, Oakwood, and Moraine, is one of greater Dayton’s best shopping destinations. The 221,983 s.f. specialty center offers excellent demographics and offers outstanding visibility and accessibility from Interstates 75 and 675. The 2016 redevelopment included a new facade, the addition of T.J. Maxx, Petco and Chick-fil-A and the expansion of Trader Joe’s and Joseph A. Bank.
