THE STORE CLERK IS PREJUDICE AGAINST MUSLIMS AT THE CINCINNATI GLEN CROSSING LOCATION WHERE I DROP THE RAGGEDY UHAUL TRUCK THAT I DROVE FROM DAYTON. THE ALIGNMENT WAS SO BAD I ALMOST HAD AN ACCIDENT TWICE. AS I WALKED IN THE CINCINNATI LOCATION THE STORE CLERK WAS MIMICKING MIDDLE EASTERN LANGUAGE AND LAUGHING DUE TO HIM READING MY NAME. I SUGGEST MY MUSLIM BROTHERS AND SISTERS BOYCOTT THIS UHAUL UNTIL CHANGES ARE MADE. NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED THE WAY I WAS TREATED AT THIS FACILITY. OBVIOUSLY UHAUL DOESN'T TEACH ETIQUETTE TO THEIR PREJUDICE EMPLOYEES. REGARDLESS OF HOW THEY FEEL THEY ARE REPRESENTING UHAUL AND THAT'S WHO I PUT THE BLAME ON.ALLAHUMMA AMIN ?☪️☝️

AJ and his staff were very easy to work with. As I needed a longer hitch and new ball, AJ went inside and brought the correct sized hitch and new ball and got it working perfectly. This location had installed the entire mount a few years ago, so everything went together easily. Very professional, and this location had dozens of trailers and trucks. Great place to do business.

Can n the truck hade bugs in it was a mess when I returned the truck the guy that was dealing with mei told him n showed pictures of everything he seem like he did not care bout my concerns and he tried to charge me double the price n now I'm $-346.99 will not come back for my next moving needs

The new credit card policy is ridiculous. I've been a customer with them multiple times before and you'd think they would take that into account. Good job not capturing revenue in this high interest rate environment. That's exactly what it is for is to weed out the companies that make bad mgmt decisions like this. Hopefully a competitor captures some of their market share.

I was double charged even though I returned on time, the sales lady told me when I went in if I was turning my truck in to park it and leave it unlocked with the keys in it but then they check it in late and double charge, I’ll be getting a refund or contacting corporate

I went to this location to rent a small 10' U-Haul, storage, and moving boxes. Upon entering the business my friend and I looked around and wasn't greeted by anyone. As we walked the store we come upon two employees sitting at the front counters on their personal cell phones. I engage the lady at who directs me to the other side. I ask her the availability of the U-Haul, to which she responds with maybe. Then picks up her personal phone and starts texting. Not the work phone that they use in some locations but her personal phone. So, I move along feeling that was a lost call. I ask about the availability of a 5'x10' storage unit. To which she responded, we might have some it just depends on the size. Getting frustrated with her careless responses, along with her still using her personal cell phone while I'm trying to get this business transaction done, I just asked if I could buy the bundle of medium boxes. Which I was met with how many? I stated again I'd like to buy the bundle, in this case a bundle equals twenty. It's written clear as day on the big sign posted above the boxes. I said twenty please, and of course I was met with attitude as if I were interrupting her break time. After she struggled through getting that rang up along with a roll of box tape I could finally go on with my business. I ended up going to a different location to get my other things. Professionalism and just pure respect are very low at this location. I for one will not be back.

Terrible customer service. Came in during business hours to fill propane and they didn’t want to do it. Apparently it’s too much work for them.

Uhaul’s customer service number advertises while you are on hold that there are unlimited miles when renting their trucks. After speaking to two different reps from the number, no one mentioned anything about limited miles or the distance that I was moving would be an issue. I didn’t find this out until I was there day of to pickup a truck. My trip was going to be roughly 30 miles and that didn’t account for the requirement of filling the truck back up or dropping the truck off. Then I was given the wrong drop off address.When I called the customer service number back to let them know of the situation and misleading information they informed me that location might not have offered the unlimited miles… Which no one told me when I was told I had to use this location after a location closer to me didn’t have the 10ft truck I needed…Safe to say it was a misleading experience and uhaul really needs to work on their customer service / reps knowledge as well as info provided when people are reserving vehicles in advance.

Made a reservation for a 26' truck on Aug 2 for the Miamisburg location. Received confirmation email stating pickup date/time/location/etc. The day of the pickup, we attempted to do the online check-in while we were in the parking lot and saw they changed the pickup location. They said they called us the day before, but they didn't leave a voicemail so how were we to know the location was changed?We already had family waiting at our house to help with the move so we were disappointed when they told us we would have to drive to the downtown Dayton location to pick up a truck as that would delay our start time by an hour or so.As we were driving to the Dayton location, someone from that store calls us to confirm we were on our way and says the truck will be ready for us. When we arrived at the lot, we didn't see any 26' trucks, just small ones. We went inside and the guy said they'd pull the truck around. We waited outside for 5 minutes and they eventually came back outside and said "Looks like someone must have stolen the catalytic converter out of it this morning as it's not starting up... we don't have any working 26' trucks available now." This was completely false - we walked around the entire property and there wasn't even a 26' truck anywhere on the lot - in the front, side, back parking lots or even inside the garage (the door was open). They said we would have to drive to Trotwood to pickup a 26' truck.With our family now having to wait at our house for a couple of hours before we could get started with the move, we had no other choice but to drive to Trotwood. Thankfully Trotwood DID have a 26' truck and the manager there was very friendly and helpful.U-Haul needs to overhaul how they notify customers of pickup location changes. We ended up being delayed 2.5 hrs from our intended start time and ended up having to move while it was raining/storming later in the day (we would have finished before the rain had we not been delayed so long).The best U-Haul said they could do is a $50 refund which isn't much at all considering we spent almost that much to refill the tank on the truck when returning it since we had to drive much further now.For all the headache and hassle we asked for a full refund from U-Haul. Will update this review if they agree.
