These people are legit scam artist and liars.... my boyfriend rented a truck from them that we ended up not using so we went back inside to see if we could get our money back and they told us to call or come in the next day to talk to management so he could get a refund so we called the next day and they kept giving him the run around.I understand that the contract says once you leave the property you have to pay for the miles but they should not have told us that they could refund our purchase when they knew they could not they blatantly lied to us and kept avoiding our calls !!!

It's Rats in this storage facility, and people with roaches in they stuff getting this place infected..I've been paying rent for all my hard earn money to get destroyed renting from here. Im currently filing a claim for my things DO NOT!!!!.. I REPEAT.. DONOT RENT FROM HERE..

Super clean and a comfy temperature.. in a part of town that really needs it... secure and I don't have worries about my stuff being there for an extended time... free and easy access to moving carts to move more efficiently around the building with more stuff than your 2 arms can carry by themselves... if your car breaks down there's a cruddy mechanic next door who uses the front uhaul lot as if it were his own lot... right on Salem ave can't miss the place..

Awesome...it use to take forever getting uhuals but these fellahs at this location seem to have it down to a science...renting & returning. They both were friendly and seem down-to-earth.
