United Rehabilitation Services (URS) has been providing vital programs to meet the needs of individuals with developmental and acquired disabilities in the Greater Dayton Region since 1956. The center offers child care and school-age programs for children with and without special needs, from 6 weeks to 17 years old. Licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, URS is a 5-STAR rated facility in Ohio's Step Up To Quality Program and the only local Child Care Program with on-site nursing services and physical, occupational, and speech therapy. The comprehensive continuum of care extends to adults and seniors, providing daycare, vocational and job readiness training, and employment services. The staff at URS is described as phenomenal, handling any issues professionally and with love and care. Parents have expressed immense gratitude for the remarkable growth and development their children have demonstrated since enrolling in the program. URS is praised for its exceptional staff, management, and facility maintenance. The teachers are described as dedicated, compassionate, and going above and beyond for each child, making the children feel welcomed and loved. The facility is maintained to a high standard, with constant cleaning and disinfecting, and a secure environment. Overall, URS is considered the best daycare in the area, providing exceptional care and support for children and adults with special needs.

My son has showed tremendous growth since his time at URS which has only been a year. URS was the best decision we could’ve made for him!! Thank you to the director Ms. Tracy and some of my son’s teachers Ms. Brittany, Ms. Lysie, Ms. Cai, and Ms. Jess! Truly blessed & grateful for these ladies and URS!!
