Unfriendly staff and very odd policy about return packaging that I had never encountered at other UPS stores. The employees had zero intention to assist. I had much better experiences at other UPS stores around the area.

Octavian was a 5 star plus professional. I had a Spectrum equipment return. He carefully explained how the return works. He told me not to lose the return receipt in case spectrum says they didn’t get it back. I appreciated his telling me to hang onto it for up to a year. Great advice!!!!

Whoever the lady with the clear glasses and blonde hair is is extremely rude. I’m guessing the manager cause she was feeling like she could act any sort of way with no repercussions. Had an Amazon return and was told to box it for return. Boxed the package and taped it well. Took it to the store, they told me I had to pay $23 for them to package it themselves and return it. I told them my label says I can just have it boxed myself, called Amazon customer service and they reiterated UPS does not need package, they still wouldn’t accept it. Clearly a ploy to just make some money. I was working with a very nice gentleman who at least was polite. The lady would stop assisting customers she was already helping to cut him off, bark at me and roll her neck and raise her voice to tell me I had to pay to have it packaged and sent. She was very unprofessional and unfair to me and the other customers who had nothing to do with this by delaying their service just to yell at me and try to scam me out of money when the box was already packaged. Got it sorted with Amazon, but the experience was worth noting 1 star because her attitude was so uncalled for.

Absolute worst customer service literally called to let them know I was physically on my way to try and catch a package return and they are still in the store he just taps his watch like oh it's too late it's freaking 4:01!!! And they have people still in the store which really makes it unfortunate that they wouldn't at least continue to serve the people who were standing here waiting for them.

Natalie was very rude when I walked in to return a package. My QR code accidentally went dark on my screen and after I said I was there to return a package she replied in a very rude, negative tone “not with that screen you aren’t” and proceeded to cackle at the fact my screen went dark. I was speechless at the rudeness and just wanted to share this unfortunate experience so that maybe it will not happen to the next person. After I dealt with 10 year olds all day I was not expecting to have to deal with another childish comment at the UPS store..:(
