Absolutely a horrible experience,I ordered a pair of red wing boots and the ups driver stole them so red wing sent another pair the same driver lied and said he attempted delivery but couldn’t get a signature which is a 100% lie I have ring camera all over my home but also was home at the time, so if I was I would not use ups in the Dayton area for any item over 20$. Absolute garbage, I will never use ups again.

Absolutely horrible. We had a business package delivered while we were not home. We received notification that it would be dropped off at the ups access location 1/2 mile from our house, which he drove by on his way out, but did he drop it off. No! They will drop it off at the access location on Monday. I asked why they don't just bring it to the house on Monday and was told I could change delivery options if I wanted to. I said no, it's screwed up enough already. I'll pick it up at the access location.

Horrible experience. Working on a non-profit event and they would not deliver one block away from office of a large skid for storage. One block would cost me $135 additional dollars. As you can imagine, a non-profit doesn’t have trees with money just growing on them. Annette was very difficult to deal with. Trust me, deal with anyone other than her. You will be doing yourself a service to do so.

This people not very responsible with shipping handling. Thay are not responsible delivery on time . My pallet delayed 10 days internationally.

My pallet was lost and took an hour to find it. Once I received it two boxes were messed up pretty bad. Terrible experience!!!
