This is the most efficient Post Office I’ve ever been to. I came in to get my Passport renewed; waited in line 3 separate times and it was still faster than any Post Office I’ve been in. Thank you for helping me, Holly, keep it up!

If I could give it a -100, I would. It's a terrible service. I sent a gift through this method, and it was the worst thing I could have done. They didn't solve anything for me.

Constantly putting other people's mail in my mailbox although mine and my fiances first and last name is on and inside the box. We have wrote not at this address on multiple mail pieces just to get more mail that's not mine. The mail guy has put multiple stacks of mail completely filling up my box with mail that's not mine. When I first moved in, I had 60 pieces of mail stuffed into my small mailbox to the point I could barley open it and barley be able to pull the stacks of mail out. This is absolutely ridiculous and illegal to be sending me images of someone else's insurance mail and other important personal mail pieces.

I have been using this particular Post Office in Kettering, Ohio on Stroop Road for quite awhile now and everytime I stop in to either buy stamps or send out packages. I am in & out usually within 5 minutes and that's good! I been to other post offices around the Dayton, Ohio area with very poor and slow service. Now, recently I moved closer to this Post Office in Kettering, Ohio on Stroop Road, it's been great & that's the main Post Office I use for most of my US Postal Mail needs. The Postal employees there are quite nice there to me when I am in there; including this morning when I had to send out a package. They do Passports there too and have post office boxes for rent also. I don't rent PO boxes, but at least if I need to, I know where to go for renting PO boxes now. I'd give them a 5 star rating as of now because everytime I go to that particular Post Office, I get very good to excellent service. Thanks.

You did a really good job at giving UPS my business. Never have I been disrespected simply from asking another clerk a question, because for whatever reason, I wasn’t making sense. The other clerk was great and resourceful. The fact that your postal worker was talking crazy about how God loves him and listening to all the people that love him should have prompted you to come around the corner and find out what was going on. I’m hoping you were in the restroom when I was being disrespected and talked crazy to, but looking at the reviews, you lack some concerning management skills. Also thanks for not sending out my certified mail. Have the day that you deserve.

I came in to this store because I was having some delivery issues with my address. The young lady that helped me was wonderful. She was cheerful, professional, and very helpful! I feel terrible that I forgot her name but it started with an M. The girl working next to her was also very nice. Thank you ladies for doing your job so effortlessly. I’ve had many bad experiences at other USPS stores. They were a breath of fresh air.

The mail delivery guy that goes down kingswood. (My house smells like weed.) I like to smoke. Postal guy that was walking with some lady. She follows him quite a bit. Said to her that the house stinks.Then when he saw I was right there he got nervous and said I didn’t see you there. So he knows it was wrong. Just trying to make himself look cool in front of her or something. I think that’s very uncalled for, and rude. Keep your comments to yourself and telling other people that.

If you’re lucky, you may get a nice person at the front desk. I have had rude, mean employees that huff and puff and smart off if you dare ask a question.
I have also had very kind employees.
I quit going there because it’s so frustrating.
I know I’m not the only one that has had bad experiences with this location.

Such kind and patient employees. Have never had a bad experience there. They have taken time to explain things to me and have helped me ship packages and renew my passport. Special thank you to Holly!!!! You were so kind!

Whoever the lady was working the counter today was very rude. We had several boxes to ship. In the past they told us any thing too big to sit on a counter that wasn’t being used. I dropped several in the drop box that I thought could fit. The rest were too big. My husband put them on the counter. She asked him if we tried the drop box he said yes but wasn’t sure if we had filled it or not. She then proceeded to stop serving the very long line she had to go get the bin and continue to throw our boxes in the bin. Saying for future reference the big can go on the counter small can go in the drop box. Thank you very much but that’s exactly why we put them on the counter. She was very rude and I’m glad I put fragile on some because she was throwing them. Next time I’ll put them in the drop box and when they get stuck because they’re too big she can dig them out. She needs extra help up there or an extra break because there was no reason to be like that.

Staff have been pleasant, friendly, and helpful. It can sometimes be busy but the line generally moves fairly quickly.
