Never got an answer when calling 3 days in a row. Went in person & the worker was not very polite or helpful at all about my issues with my mail. Haven’t received my important documents yet and it has been well over two weeks.

Ordered a package from Amazon that was being delivered via USPS. Was supposed to get here 2 days ago, but never came. So I called Amazon to get to the bottom of it, and they said the USPS facility has my package and it’s “held for carrier pick up”. I asked what that means, and she informed me that this USPS facility marked my package as unable to be delivered due to no safe drop off location. And that I would have to drive to the USPS facility in order to get my package.
I live in a small quiet neighborhood in my own house, I’ve never had anyone refuse to deliver a package due to not having a “safe location” to drop it off. And now I need to find a ride to this USPS facility while 37 weeks pregnant to pick up my package because they won’t deliver.
This is ridiculous. Avoid at ALL costs.

I didn’t pay for the care of a high value product but lady with American flag bandana scanned my package and literally just through it right behind her like it was garbage. It was a 117 dollar record and even if it wasn’t there’s no need to throw packages.

Parking lot needs repaired before someone falls or damages their car. Big holes which have been present for to long. Employees are nice as a rule.

Once again I'm not receiving my mail.I'll reach out and it gets fixed for a short very short period of time and then boom back to not recieving it again.I have no clue as to whats going on but its beyond ridiculous. Especially when it comes down to all my important mail. You would think they would finally fix things but seems like that's never going to happen. Ppl should be able to count on yall to deliver what's supposed to be delivered.

Have had trouble with this branch since moving into the neighborhood eight months ago. Mail gets delivered often time after 6:30 pm. I got a notice in my drive-up mailbox that a package was attempted to be delivered but nobody was home to sign for it. We were home. I went to pick up my package from the post office the first time and told them the mail delivery person had not knocked on my door. She said that didn't sound like something my mailman would do. The second notice of an attempted package was in my daughters name. Again, we were home when the mail was delivered. We were all home from work. My daughter went to pick it up the next day and they said they didn't have a package for her but one for me. The notice for the package was in her name, not mine. Flash forward to another notice being left (while at home) in my name and my daughter (waiting on a package from USPS) went and picked it up the next day. Luckily, it was for her but the notice left was in my name. I will say a few days out of the week mail is delivered before 5 pm, other days it has been as late as 8:30 pm for mail delivery, typically 6:30 pm. I never had a problem in the 21 years I lived next to the Stroop Rd. branch here in Kettering, OH.

The older lady at the front desk was very rude and condescending, i’m obviously a kid and I don’t know how shipping packages works and she talked to me like I was the most stupidest person in the world and didn’t help me in the slightest.
