Parking lot needs repaired before someone falls or damages their car. Big holes which have been present for to long. Employees are nice as a rule.

Once again I'm not receiving my mail.I'll reach out and it gets fixed for a short very short period of time and then boom back to not recieving it again.I have no clue as to whats going on but its beyond ridiculous. Especially when it comes down to all my important mail. You would think they would finally fix things but seems like that's never going to happen. Ppl should be able to count on yall to deliver what's supposed to be delivered.

Have had trouble with this branch since moving into the neighborhood eight months ago. Mail gets delivered often time after 6:30 pm. I got a notice in my drive-up mailbox that a package was attempted to be delivered but nobody was home to sign for it. We were home. I went to pick up my package from the post office the first time and told them the mail delivery person had not knocked on my door. She said that didn't sound like something my mailman would do. The second notice of an attempted package was in my daughters name. Again, we were home when the mail was delivered. We were all home from work. My daughter went to pick it up the next day and they said they didn't have a package for her but one for me. The notice for the package was in her name, not mine. Flash forward to another notice being left (while at home) in my name and my daughter (waiting on a package from USPS) went and picked it up the next day. Luckily, it was for her but the notice left was in my name. I will say a few days out of the week mail is delivered before 5 pm, other days it has been as late as 8:30 pm for mail delivery, typically 6:30 pm. I never had a problem in the 21 years I lived next to the Stroop Rd. branch here in Kettering, OH.

The older lady at the front desk was very rude and condescending, i’m obviously a kid and I don’t know how shipping packages works and she talked to me like I was the most stupidest person in the world and didn’t help me in the slightest.

I've had many issues previously with this location and the staff. Now, they're shutting the metal door in front of the registers early and it's sealed the deal for me. Highly unprofessional especially since this is a federal service. I should still have been able to walk in 5 minutes before close to put my prepaid packages on the counter.

I am shocked at how this property is maintained. They rarely mow and seem to trim or clean up the beds. What a shame that the United States post office can’t look better than this.

Never had any issues here - the line is not super long whenever I go and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The employee who helped me saw that I was shipping my passport and she immediately recommended what service I should use and the least expensive way to do it. She was very pleasant and efficient.

One of my best memories of this PO is the person collecting from the blue boxes and I was late, and he asked for and personally took my cards, making sure they'd arrive for Christmas.

Horrible service! Since Ted left years ago, our area has not been the same. Lost, stolen mail, late mail, and always a different carrier. We get our mail after 6pm and alot of times we get others mail. I've called my branch, and they have done nothing. Terrible, Terrible service. I could do a much better job for lesser pay

I have lived in this area code since 2017 and have had nothing but trouble with the mail service I have informed delivery so I see the mail that is supposed to come to me and have never recieved most of it mostly checks birth certificates social security statements so I've reported it so many times and still it keeps happening. Now it's our stimulus checks I see them on informed delivery but of course won't receive them when I'm supposed to.Im sick of it I'm I am considering calling the news channel.

I have been using this post office for 3 years since I moved to Dayton and I've never had a bad experience. Other post offices are a disaster but the staff at this one are always kind and pleasant. Mary Kay usually works the counter and she is so sweet and efficient.

How are you going to go to lunch at lunch time when people come here on their lunch time because of limited hours that’s the only time they can come. There were two people working when I got here. At 12:01 one lady jumped off. Now at 12:30 I’m still in line waiting with 10+ other people. It doesn’t make sense. Especially the week before Christmas. Come on. Poor management.
