Post Master obviously doesn't know his job. Still forwarding mail after a 5 year move. They NEVER answer their phones and the USPS HQ said they messed up and the packages shouldn't be getting forwarded anymore and yet they still are.

This is the worst PO in Dayton. The front desk staff and management are rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other PO in Dayton and you will receive much better service.

They don't serve my address. But the folk at the counter were helpful and friendly. Sometimes postal service folk seem bothered to help you. Not on my visit.

We always have issues with this post office. We never receive all of our mail including packages. I'm almost positive our mail man is delivering our mail to the wrong address because we never receive what's in our informed delivery app. They lost my daughter's W2s, which were supposed to be delivered Feb. 3. The post office had no excuse as to why we didn't receive it or where it's at. Our mailman is just lazy. He refused to deliver our packages today. His excuse was that there was no access because of the snow. Last I checked it didn't just snow on our block. Their vehicles run just as well as mine does but I still had to do my job. Maybe the USPS should be shut down. If I could give them zero stars, I definitely would.

Literally the most unprofessional post office I've ever been to. No one is at the counter but you can hear people in the back laughing and listening to music. Waited 10 min at counter for an employee to show up when I was the only person in the lobby!!!
