I stay in an apartment complex and I don’t get mail, and the mailman has one excuse or another not to give me my mail. Maybe they don’t know playing with ppls mail is a federal offense ?

Every time I ship a package through them it ends up damaged. I will never ship again. I thought it was just a fluke because I don’t go there often. The staff is nice but they are not reliable!

We use informed delivery and for 2 days in a row our mail hasn't been delivered. Haven't even a mailman this week.

One of the shitties post offices I ever been tho. I been waiting on my mail to show up n it never does. Informed delivery shows I have it coming to me but it never does. Where is my mail. Why do u guys never answer ur phones either.

What a bunch of crooks. Order was marked "refused" when I was never home to refuse the order. Surveillance footage shows no delivery attempt was even made. When I tried to call them multiple times but always got left on busy. I'm currently trying to work with headquarter USPS to resolve this issue.

My tax refund said it would be delivered Saturday and still hasn't been delivered yet . I have done online inquiries and went into the post office and still havnt been contacted about what could possibly be happening. I was told by the person at the desk he would let his supervisor handle the issue and that all the mail that was there was out for the day. I'm just like is it lost, has it been delivered to the wrong address or what however I just can't get any answers.

Staff at the counter is frequently unprofessional. Packages are scanned as delivered but sometimes are not. Carriers leave packages in the rain when shelter is available. Worth the drive to go somewhere else for your needs.
