It’s been several times now that this post office has quite literally made my day, thanks to Jack. It’s such a testament to how contagious happiness really is and how it can start with someone you might never expect to have such an impact. I walked in pretty stressed about sending my passport off, and Jack just calmly looked it over with the kindest demeanor and a genuine smile the whole time. I walked out lighter than when I came in. Bless you, Jack, for the kindness you spread to this city! What an inspiration that everyone can make a difference and spread the same joy!

Who do I call and make a complaint to?This is getting ridiculous.I live on mozart and I don't get my mail till 7 8 9 o'clock at night and sometimes not even get my mall at all.I need to talk to a manager like now

I keep dropping off birthday cards off inside this post office and the cards never reach their destination! What is going on???
UPDATE: so I filed a complaint with this post office and instead of the manager addressing the problem of theft or whatever is going on there, he tells me to mail my cards a different way with tracking! Seriously! You want me to pay extra because you refuse to address the real problem!!

I get notifications every day about what mail I'm half the time I don't even get my mail. ALSO I GOT THIS IN THE MAIL 2 DAYS AGO. USPS MESSED IT UP ALL TO HELL.

This place is the most unprofessional USPS. A carrier hit me with his truck(his fault). It's been over a week, and I haven't heard anything from their insurance. The "manager" gave me his number, which was just the main number, and told me to call if I had questions. Umm, you all do not answer your phone, so how am I supposed to get in contact with you Mr manager? My car is stull damaged and I do have a job and a family to provide for. I refuse to pay .y insurance deductible to get it repaired because it was your mail carriers fault. Maybe ask them not to wear ear buds while driving, which may have prevented him from hitting me because he would've heard me honking.. I'll just continue to be in contact with Louis Dejoy the General. Anyone else needing help and isn't getting it contact Louis. Maybe the USPS General will teach this place how to run a business especially a government owned. You all are embarrassing.

I have been inside this post office twice in the last week. Both times I received great service and advice from the postal clerk. That being said, the property needs to be kept up much better. Tall weeds and grass. If taco bell a half mile down the street can do it so can you.

This is the second to worst location in the area. Every time I have been here, there is only one person working the front. The one time that there was a second person she wouldn't help the couple in front of me because she said that she was "leaving early" that day and told them they had to come back another day. They monopolized the one person workings time and a huge line formed. The customer service is seriously lacking here. I'm new to the area and have already chosen to travel to a less convenient location than come here again. Don't waste your time.

Just moved here from out of state and never in my life has it been this difficult for me to get my mail delivered to me. They want to deliver it on some days then hold it on other days I dont understand. I went up here to show my lease and try again to get my mail delivered after being denied for no reason mind you I’ve lived here for 3 months at this point still going back and forth with this place

These carriers are lazy as I've ever seen, on Wednesday April 24 I watched him deliver at only 2 houses, I know I had mail that day but didn't receive it. Typical government office.
And if anybody at the supervisor level sees this, they need to enforce using the sidewalk like they're supposed to and keep off the grass. I don't care how far you have to walk. It's part of your job.
