My Experience today was a good one. The only reason why I didn't score higher is because I hate listening to all of the stuff they try to upgrade Sales. I'd rather have a list because it adds more time than I want to spend. Prices are higher than usual Other than that everyone was friendly and Nice. I will be back ?

This place greets you immediately . They answer any questions you may have . They recommend services but do NOT pressure you into any of them . I’ve had oil changes, headlight bulbs replaced & washer blades replaced here. I won’t go any place else to have anything done that Valvoline can do .

We came in today and Justin was the gentlemen that helped us. I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. He gave us great recommendations and couldn't have been more impressed. WARNING! This company failed to secure the cover of the air filter after service on November 10th @6:30pm. One hour after leaving, my car begins to stall and unable to pick up speed exceeding 40mph. A diagnostic was ran that same night and determined the MAF Sensor was damaged due to air/dust from the air filter not being properly covered. There were two attempts made to fix the problem. 1. Assistant manager came to my home to close and secure the air filter cover. 2. The store manger used alcohol wipes to clean it. Unfortunately, the air filter needed to be replaced due to THEIR mistake. They know no one would take them to court for $350.00 so they blamed it on my car and screwed my over.

I was greeted in the nicest way by Justin. We chatted for a bit as he got my information. Very pleasant experience. As my vehicle was being serviced I could here the teams communicating their steps, which I am grateful for. I appreciate all the kind moments in life and this experience was definitely a winner. Highly satisfied with this location. This is the only place I will take my vehicle for an oil change. They are a quick and thorough, knowledgeable about all extras and willing to skip them if i am not interested. I never feel pressured which is very much appreciated. Ontop of that, i usually receive coupons in my email and a reminder that an oil change is due!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

It's been 5 years or more since I've been there. 1 & done. $50 with a coupon. I can change my own oil using the same products in 30 minutes & $25 so $50 is insane. Looking back I would have called the police. DON'T ADVERTISE ON YOUTUBE. I WOULDN'T BE HERE.

Took my car in on the 5th of october, the staff is nice and friendly, but sadly now my oil drain bolt is now stripped, and leaks oil constantly. I would only go here if you are too busy to do it yourself or do not have the knowledge on how to change your own oil.
