“It os always hard finding a vet because for some reason we love treating our babies better than ourselves. However, Shiloh is a shining example of wanting the best care while not paying an arm and a leg while having a friendly knowledgeable staff. We have had all our dogs spade, neutered, surgeries and blood work done here. You will always get a quote of services and nothing feels pushy if you deny anything. Always up front and professional. Seriously a great vet!”

She supported us during a very difficult time during Patty Cakes illness without us even being a client yet. I cannot recommend her highly enough just for the simple fact that she is obviously extremely compassionate and genuinely care for you and your animals. A real class act that is so rare these days. My baby was in a lot of pain and my vet was closed and I found the wonderful Dr. Belue and he called me back on his day off to help us out. This man is a pure angel. “Some of the most caring people work here. Very transparent and caring about the animals they see. All of the vets have been amazing but I want to specifically give a shout out to Dr. Staab. For starters, she recognized the emergency situation we were in & probably saved our dog from long term health issues. Our pup had quite the emergency last week and we were referred to medvet, whose phones were down. Dr. Staab jumped right into playing middle man, contacting her friends who work there & keeping us as updated as possible after work hours. Thank you for your kindness. I will recommend everyone take their pets to Northridge animal clinic.”
“My dog Buddy has the best vet ever at Banfield. Dr. Stevens is amazing — very thorough and always explains everything clearly. Vet tech Jill does an excellent job trimming Buddy’s nails, and he’s always calm with her. Everyone at this Banfield location is kind, caring, and treats Buddy like family, which means so much to me because he is my family. I’m truly grateful for the level of care they give him. Pricing is transparent, you always know what to expect, and it feels fair for the level of care.”

“Dr Anstadt has been my vet since 1986. He and his dad (RIP) have always taken excellent care of my fur babies … from turtles, rabbits, hamsters, cats, and dogs. He takes the time to explain options and is up front with the costs which is very important to me. His fees have always been reasonable.I saw a review that mentioned the cleanliness of the office, but I think cleanliness should not be confused with old. Sure the office could use a makeover but the paint being fresh would not change his ability to care for my pets! I go there for his expertise, not for the decor.”
“Dr Shannon and her team at the Dayton Mall branch was so kind and patient when my little Shadow was diagnosed with leukemia. They allowed my husband and I so much time to grieve when we had to put her to permanent sleep. I will always be grateful to them. When I returned to have my other two babies tested, she was once again so kind and answered all concerns. Thank you Dr Shannon, Jacquelyn and Sarah. I will never forget your amazing consideration and also to Faithful Companions who cremated my little Shadow. They really went above and beyond.
