Absolutely horrible experience!! The manager Mark is only trying to get your money. The service advisor had absolutely no clue what was going on it was like they had never done a repair on a car before. I had to do my own calculations on costs with the manager Mark over the phone several times until we finally came to a price that I CONFIRMED and wrote down. When I picked up my car they gave me a completely different total way higher than discussed. We calculated it together several times while he kept coming up with completely different numbers each time. I ended up having to pay more than we discussed because he said some parts and tax was thrown in there that I did not approve. I asked for the invoice over the phone and the advisor Laura would not give it to me. The manager acted so nonchalant about the whole ordeal and was rude and did not apologize for any of the errors he made at all. Such a joke and will not be getting my car serviced here again!! I would’ve paid an extra 200-300 dollars due to their mistakes.

First time Service Department customer. VERY satisfied with the customer service. I felt very confident with all of the recommendations that were given to me. This will be my new service provider. Also the Service Manager was VERY approachable and kind when I had questions about my bill. He patiently answered all of my questions which made me even MORE PLEASED with this Service Department!

If you like the Hyundai brand, shop here. The team has by far the best customer service in the Dayton area. The only Hyundai dealership in SW Ohio I will trust because they treat me well. I've never felt the 'shady car salesman' vibe from them. Something other Dayton dealerships could really learn from.

Purchased a new 2024 Sonata Limited Hybrid at Voss. This is third time I've used this dealer and have always been treated fairly with decent prices and excellent service. Nich Wood was my sales person who did an outstanding job.

I've had nothing but incredible customer service from the Hyundai service department. Ian has helped me several times and patiently answered all my questions. Most recently I had an emergency car issue getting locked out of my car, I was stranded few miles from the dealership and he came within minutes to help! I know they were very busy that day, I'm so grateful for their above and beyond customer service!

Everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) I encountered at the dealership was nice, professional, and helpful. I want to specifically thank Olivia Laux for her helpfulness with the buying process and explaining all the features of the car to my husband and me. She was incredibly patient, nice, and understanding throughout the whole process. Next, I want to thank Aziza Nour for doing the initial walkthrough of the different Hyundai vehicles. She was honest, kind, and informative while we looked through several different options. We appreciated her honesty and giving real life examples of how Hyundai safety features saved her in an accident and the perks of the service department. Finally, I want to thank Mark Wuebker. He was SO patient with me as I read through the documentation as this was my first new car. He walked me thorough the financing process and was quick and efficient with the paperwork. My husband said that was the fastest buying process he’s ever seen at a dealership. We appreciate the transparency while we looked through the options and paperwork. HUGE thank you to the whole team! We love our new Pallisade! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai!

I recently bought a 2015 Nissan and received excellent customer service from Jeff Jordan and the management at Voss Hyundai. I was extremely pleased with their courtesy and assistance in looking at different cars before choosing the right one. The whole purchase experience was highly professional and didn't take long. Just purchased a 2024 Hyundai Tuscon SEL from Voss Hyundai, my sales associate’s name was Aziza and I had literally the best service I’ve ever had in my life! Incredible customer service, excellent prices, financing, rates, options, inventory, etc. I highly recommend anyone who is searching for a new or pre owned vehicle please give Voss Hyundai a try because I promise they won’t let you down and you will most likely be walking out the door with a new beautiful car. I do not recommend this dealership at all. This is my first vehicle purchase from Huyndai and it has been unpleasant especially dealing with Voss Huyndai. I had issues with my brand new 2023 Ioniq 5 right from the start and their service department was less than willing to help resolve it. Everytime you schedule a service with them they never have a loaner for you, always had excuse of they have too many recalls and ran out of loaner vehicles. I’ve escaped my issues to Huyndai Corp but dealership refused to work with them so I had to file a complain with Huyndai about this dealership. I regretted purchasing my car with this dealership.

These people at Voss service are a class act. They done exactly what they said they would do and done it with a great attitude. I felt with Ean and he was amazing. Great experience.
