Purchased a Tundra in February 2023. I only received 1 key fob. The sales people that I bought it from told me I would receive a second one sometime in May or June. It is now mid-October, and I still don’t have it. I called and left a message for service about a week ago, did not get a call back at all. Called back a few days later and someone said they were going to forward me an email with an update on the key fob situation, and it’s now been several days and I haven’t received that. We have 2 drivers for this vehicle, so it’s a huge pain to have to track each other down when we need the key. Not to mention that none of the features in the vehicle work properly, because all of the settings for each driver are tied to the fob. I’m generally very easy to deal with, but can’t get a straight answer out of anyone as to when I am going to get the second key fob. We’re 4-5 months past when I was told it would be here. 70k for a truck to have this much inconvenience, and a service department that basically just ignores you is definitely not what I expected.

The manager there was the worst of worst.I was supposed to get a RAV4 Hybrid XLE 2024 by 10/07/2023 but they told me the factory refused to take the phone call from them and there was no exact date when the vehicle would arrive. They tried to put my reservation on a RAV4 Hybrid SE 2023 but price is more than the one that I was supposed to get. I knew things didn’t go well but two salesman Ryan and Brad was trying to communicate with me. I told them I would write a negative review on the Google but I thought everybody needed to know what they do. But at least they were patient and willing to listen.I thought everything was already disappointing, but there was more. The reason I do really want to write this review is because they tried to a worst solution - They asked their manager to talk to me. That guy tried to intimidate me by gripping my hand really hard like he was trying to breaking it. Also he didn’t let me speak during the conversation, showing zero respect. For one second I thought he were the costumer not me. How he could be the manager but not those two gentlemen? Or does he owns the place, he will never be worried about being fired so he can treat everybody like that?I know we have some disagreement over this situation but if the two salesmen that I mentioned were in my shoes, they may know what I was upset about. As for the animal that I talked with, be cherished about what you have at hand, because in my opinion, everybody in that dealer better than you.

I always get my routine car maintenance at Voss Toyota. I trust them, they are friendly, and easy to work with. Yesterday, though, wasn’t routine. I dropped a very expensive hearing aid between the seat and console and could not find it! I called Toyota, they said “bring in the car” and a minute after I arrived, I had my hearing aid in hand!! And no charge! Thank you!

Mike S. was AWESOME! He took excellent care of me. Because of him and Voss Toyota, I was able to get a beautiful Civic that I’m absolutely in love with. They were able to get me a great deal on my trade-in and my financing options were awesome. I’ve been to a few dealerships to shop for cars and they weren’t able to get me nearly as good as a deal as Voss. Before my car left the lot, they made sure it was in perfect condition. I was super comfortable through the entire buying process and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Super friendly people! Thank you so much!

Tim Brown at Voss Toyota was very professional and diligent, yet personable, with ensuring we got our hands on the specific Toyota Sequoia that we wanted, the TRD Pro in white. The team was also able to accommodate the quick install of the console safe and was flexible with our payment options. Even completing the purchase was simple and easy, with their electronic system, that we were in and out in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend purchasing your next Toyota with Voss!

Took my Toyota here for the past several years as they used to do good work at a fair price, but that will be no longer. Had them do a pricey repair by what I was told after was their "most experienced" mechanic. I was immediately not happy with the work as it didn't seem done properly and other cosmetic parts of my car were ruined. Several days later an issue arose that I had to immediately take it to a different shop. This issue was caused by their "experienced" mechanic. I brought this to Voss and after several weeks of my frustration and persistence, they did agree to pay for a part of the fix that was caused by them, which is why I give them one star. The service manager acted like he wanted to help and be fair, but his responses and actions showed that he was hoping I would give up and forget about.Makes sense why the lot is empty as this place has gone downhill, even if they say it's only because of supply chain issues.In short,DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Highly recommend the service department, they helped me in a rough, desperate situation! My 2023 Rav 4 (purchased from a separate dealership in Columbus) broke down and was sputtering, stalling, and had sudden engine issues happen at just 6,000 miles. This was just a week before I was scheduled to move due to the military. While my car couldn’t be fixed in time for my move and I had to get a rental from Toyota corporate, the service manager Doug went above and beyond my expectations for customer service. Despite the complex situation and tight timeline, Doug made sure that I’d be reunited with my vehicle with all mechanical issues fixed no matter what. While Toyota Corporate proved to be difficult to communicate with, Doug would update me frequently and even arranged for my car to be shipped to my new address at no cost to me. I’ve never felt so valued as a customer, highly recommend!

We can’t say enough good things about this dealership and especially Steve Knabel in the Service Department! Our 2015 Prius has a lot of highway miles and needed some TLC. Steve and the Service Team worked with us and even let us use a Corolla while ours was being repaired. If you own a Toyota and live near Dayton, you MUST bring your vehicle to Voss Toyota for service…You will not be disappointed!! We will be back the next time our Prius needs servicing. Thank you, Steve and Voss Toyota!!

Had an appointment scheduled for 12:15 on a Saturday and confirmed. Arrived fifteen minutes early at 12 noon and when I arrived I was told they could not due the scheduled service. Total waste of gas and time. Looks like Kings Toyota or Joesph Airport Toyota just got a new customer for service. Will not return for service if you can't take the time to honor an appointment you let me schedule.

Pleasure doing business with Floyd the salesman who ordered my car for me, helped with the financial lady, and showed me how to use the features in my car. Not so great experience when I went for my free maintenance. The workers there are not friendly or customer oriented. Glen in-service was great but everyone else had no social skills. Didn’t feel like a valued customer.
