Started coming here after a very bad experience at another dealership and I’m SO glad I did. Paul and the rest of the team have always taken super great care of me and my car during my CPO warranty period. I feel like things are always fair, transparent, and well explained, which, as a girl who knows cars but is normally spoken down to, really says a lot. I couldn’t say enough great things about Paul and will absolutely be returning here if the need arises in the future.

The valet service for service appointments is great. My car was picked up at the time requested and returned very quickly. Very easy to pay my charges over the phone. Will definitely use this service again.

We purchased a 21 Cadillac Escalade, ESV, and two weeks later were sideswiped, causing major damage to the driver side. Being over an hour and a half away, we still chose Voss to take care of our claim. The claim process went super easy with them. They were quick, and usually had the answers we needed for any questions. The day we went to pick it up. The rim wasn’t replaced as per agreement it couldn’t be buffed out. They assured us they would order one, even though it was on back order, and when it came in, take care of the issue. We had a minor setback about the detail of the car, but worked things out with Brad Voss and his collision center manager. They made things right, and we agreed to disagree in a sense. But I would definitely use their collision service center again as they did a great job, repairing the entire driver side of the vehicle, and making it look brand new. I can’t say enough about Bernard and Pete in the sales department also. Two of the nicest guys I’ve ever worked with in my life.

Service advisor was very professional an knowledgeable of the services I requested. He also updated me on items that need to be addresses. Informed me that there was a recall that needed to be updated. Overall very satisfied.

Service Rep. Mark was very helpful in explaining the checkup to me. He and a tech reinstalled a part on the side of the seat and I appreciated that. The waiting area was very nice and comfortable.

Very pleased with the service and communication from Paul at Voss’ service department. I’ve dealt with Paul several times and he’s always super pleasant and courteous! Also I find them quite reasonably priced; I have all of my routine maintenance and even body repairs done there. ( I’ve seen higher prices at local collision centers) I am very satisfied and will continue using Voss!

We ordered a 2024 Cadillac XT5, Pete & Donte were great through the entire process. Kept us informed of delivery status & immediately took care of a minor paint issue that was a realized after delivery. Thanks again guys, love the XT5. Nicest vehicle we have ever owned.

It is always professional and courteous service. I am partial to Paul in the Service Dept. Bernard Leigh is my Salesman and I absolutely adore him. The ladies at the payment counter are equally as friendly and helpful. Love my XT4 from Voss. Very satisfied customer.

Great customer service, professionalism and friendly atmosphere from the techs and the ladies where you pay your bill. Great customer service from Paul, who serviced my car. The finance guy never says hi to the customers as he walks around. My only frustration was having to use the ladies room at the BMW dealership. When I asked the manager if that included the ladies room, all he said was "yep" and barely looked up at me. No apology for the inconvenience. Which btw, the ambience at the BMW dealership was much much better than the Cadillac dealership. The Cadillac space needs to be upgraded, ie., the waiting room chairs are worn and not relaxing.
