The worst!! The management is horrible!! Patients can wait forever and there is no one there that cares. They simply get upset with you for asking and argue with you rather than help. It would be nice if they would at least apologize and say they are working as fast as they can and they understand that this is difficult but instead they treat you like it is your fault. Medication is still not ready and expect that it will probably take longer because I made them angry.

Have Asthma needing rescue inhalers? This is my 4th day, and I still haven't gotten them, they keep telling me their truck hasn't. It came ran poorly, they need to shut that place down.

Corporate America strikes again. Everything from the streamlined setup, to maximize profit without giving a second thought to customer experience. Everything sucks. From the AI answering service, to the fact the entire establishment shuts down for lunch break. Guess staggering breaks so someone is always there to serve customers is too much to ask. I’ll be having my prescriptions filled elsewhere.

They need to wear gloves i watch them touch hair and nose an nails lord save our people what happened to professionalism!!!! Touching medicine with no gloves is. Crazy to me the nose touch with these fake nails is insane WEAR GLOVES THIS PLACE IS A BIG GERM! ☹️

As a provider, this is the worst pharmacy I have worked with in the Dayton area to the point of where I am writing a Google review. I have tried several times for multiple patients to call and every time I will wait on hold for 15+ minutes and get hung up on without speaking to an associate. Please provide better staffing to your pharmacy, do better Walgreens.

They are not very organized and some of the staff is very rude We have signed up for text when prescriptions are ready but to no avail today makes the 4 th time I have signed up for it only reason we go here is because rite aid closed
