Not open on the hours specified on Google, takes longer to fill prescriptions than any other pharmacy I’ve used. Now can’t get someone on the phone to simply answer yes or no as to whether my child’s prescription is ready. Put me on hold and then forgot about me and went to lunch while I’m dealing with a sick toddler who needs their antibiotic. Awesome work. Keep it classy Walgreens.

This got to be the worst Walgreens I've ever been to In My Life they slow they don't never get to you within 10 minutes you'll be sitting in line 30 minutes,, they got one line they won't tell you that the other line is closed and parking lot got to be the worst I ever seen.🤦🏾♂️

Girl answered the phone with a (HELLO) like girl thus ain't your house then I asked if they had a supplement in stock she gonna say no in .2 seconds like girl you know u didn't look.

I went to the store few weeks ago to post an item via FedEx. I met an African American lady known as Ruth. She got upset that I called out her nasty attitude, and walked away from me while I was asking her a question about a product that I wanted. Ruth is a very rude lady that shouldn't be in customer service.

The manager or whatever she was refused to help me after saying that they price match store prices with online prices. She looked at the app and said it was the same price in the app as in the store . I kept telling her I was not using the app but the actual website through the internet browser & I showed her the price difference, instead of checking the actual website I was told to order online because it was nothing else she could do . I will be calling corporate on her first thing in the morning

I can't believe Salem Ave and Philadelphia pharmacy, with their passive aggressive pharmacy technician,we can have your medicine done Monday
This is Saturday,I checked it slow in there according to there app!And yes my medicine been sitting,I was hospitalized.!

Terrible Pharmacy, I get a discount, three days after I need my meds, I'm disabled. This Company routinely has been playing games with my prescriptions. Valid Prescription, It's Retaliation, it's Community Harassment. I expect the problem to Get Resolved.

Called to ask if they carried a supplement and the girl in the pharmacy said she was gonna send me to the phone upfront because they would know. The girl up front was really nice however she had the supplement I needed mixed up with a name brand. I go up to Walgreens to look for the supplement I needed and they didn’t carry it because it’s prescription only. The male pharmacist in the back told me what to buy. I’m not sure why the girl in the pharmacy never initially asked or looked, but the girl up front told me she probably didn’t feel like coming from back there.

Walgreens has a great line of their own products. Ladies, I highly recommend Walgreens panty liners. The best. They stay in place.
