I come here all the time but the experience today when I sat the 1 item I was purchasing on the counter was gross. 3 female clerks. No one said a word. All shot me dirty looks because they had piles of cash ? all over the counter top doing a drawer. Super irresponsible handling of money it was everywhere, they stayed silent and then finished their money counting as my bf and I stood waiting to be acknowledged.Entire minute then they grabbed my TP and scanned it and one of them knocked an entire display of lollipops over and they all broke all over the floor. Get new people who don’t want a free paycheck because those girls are hateful toward a customer coming to buy products and don’t realize that’s how the doors stay open at a business and they are driving a customer of 36 years off!

First off, I'm not one to ever complain and i believe i've only given like 3 bad reviews in my life but this Walgreens needs some management help. My immune system is compromised from stage 4 terminal cancer and i've tested positive for covid so my doctor called in Paxlovid and for some reason Walgreens couldn't fill the script because there was a glitch in there system i was told. Finally after sitting on hold for 30 min. when i called back i was told i could pay cash and get my script which i did, but as i was driving i wondered how many do i take in a day and i tried to call back and i was on hold until they closed. Today i woke up and started trying to reach Walgreen and was again on hold the first time for 24 min. and somehow the phone just disconnected so i waited about an hour and tried again, once again i was on hold for more than 20 min. so i hung up and called corporate and was told by them the store would be in contact within 24 hours at which time i would be pass the time limit for this medication, so at this point i just feel like theres no hope, but i decide to call the other Kettering store and the pharmacy answers right away and they put me on a brief hold and the main pharmicist gets on the phone and helps me right away. I thanked him so much. I realized after looking at the reviews that i'm not the only one who has had problems with 2600 S. Smithville Rd. Walgreens. I hope corporate looks at the reviews and gets this store turned around, because they are dealing with peoples lives when it comes to getting your scripts and this should be a big priority. If you've dealt with this pharmacy lately you know the wait times i'm talking about. I feel bad complaining, but its been a very bad experience, especially since my health depends on it.

Extremely pleased with the pharmacy service and the helpful positive attitude the staff has, I have found that it doesn't matter where you have you prescriptions filled there will likely always be a problem between your helcare provider, health insurance, supply chain for the medicine or some other link in the process.....the staff here genuinely cares, so treat them with respect and you will certainly be treated the same. Thank you Walgreens on Smithville!!

I finally decided to change pharmacy’s. There is always some issue. Closed for lunch, closed on Sunday. Store manager was talking with an employee at the photo booth instead of giving a helping hand where needed.The store is poorly organized, which goes back to management. Although, some of the staff are nice. It doesn’t make up for all the bad.

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy!! Never enough help. I got there 10 minutes early for my booster shot, as suggested, and with only 1 person ahead of me, it took 40 minutes to receive my shot... Picking up meds is almost as bad.

Their signs state they have flu shots now available. Went and waited 10 minutes for them to tell us they won’t do it without an appointment. Don’t waste your time going in without calling first.

I used the online photo lab... Created a couple calendars. I thought that I had created the calendars at another Walgreens. Apparently I had used the one on Smithville. I called because I was ready to pick up the calendars... Someone by the name of angel answered the phone and was working the front registers. They were very busy I was checking people out but this person politely took the time to check my photos and find them because only one was found at the time. Very professional and very helpful. Although this Walgreens is slightly further away from the one that I generally use I will be frequenting this particular Walgreens because of angel ...thank you!

They never have my medication ready or filled correctly. The pharmacy is often closed.

They can never keep a a pharmicist so the pharmacy is randomly closed constantly. I finally had enough and couldn't even get them to send my prescriptions elsewhere without having the other pharmacy call multiple times. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

Randomly closed and super slow when do randomly open. Guess they refuse to pay cocompetively. So they can open Monday through Friday.

It's 142pm, and even though they are open, they will not fill or distribute prescriptions because apparently the pharmacist is out to lunch.
