I'm not a member here but my son is and I've shopped here several times with him. It's ok, not great but just ok. It's difficult to find things here that are healthy choices. Lots of full fat items like dressings, hamburger, cheese and cheese It's (in an enormous box), etc. I thought I might try some spicy tuna sushi for lunch. It was not bad at all. I also bought some raw tuna steaks and some grilled chicken packs. Given the small number of healthy choices, I doubt I'd become a member.

Every time I come here, they move stuff around, they're out of all their usual stuff, and I always have to go go get my own cart in the parking lot because they never bring them inside

Sams club seems to have issues keeping food to sell to eat. No pizza, no pretzels not even a hot dog when I was there on Saturday. I bought a rotisserie chicken and it was not fully cooked and blood coming out of it when I cut it. That made me angry. When I took it back the lady seemed to know what was wrong before I even said what was wrong. There must have been more. The last few times I have been there it seems their stock has changed and things are more limited than before. Never anyone around to assist you in finding items and they have annoying sales people pushing cell phones or energy sales. It's not as good as it once was. Oh and by the way they need to tell the people checking your membership at the door to use some of their time and clean out the trash people leave in the riding carts. The outside of the store was a garbage bin on Sat with trash blowing everywhere.

We stop in here when visiting family in Ohio. We've shopped in store, used curbside pick up and today we stopped by the tire center because we needed air in tires. The tire center employees were the nicest, most helpful and the best experience we've had with Sam's Club employees and wanted to give them a shout out! Definitely recommend!

So sad how far down hill this location has fallen with customer service. Rude employees. Most people with a badge can't even assist you with what isle to find things in. The merchandise in several isles is typically a mess. The website says they have what you need. Drive 30 minutes to be told, "we're not in control of the website. If what you're looking for isn't here, it's not my problem.' Don't bother ordering cupcakes from bakery. Ordered 100 cupcakes, a person who sounded 15 years old on the phone called the day of pick up to advise they are unable to fill order. I asked for a manager, who by the way was rude as hell. I asked why they waited until the day of to cancel my order. He said, "we're under staffed, what do you want from us?" What I want is to get what I ordered. I said, well you should call the other clubs in area to see if they can assist you with filling my order. Especially since you're the reason I have cupcakes for our event. He refused and hung up. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MILLER LANE LOCATION. Just rude people.

USDA Prime and Choice cuts of Beef are excellent ACCEPT the Filet Mignons are not trimmed sufficiently. Very tender and flavorful but include fat and gristle. They should call them Tenderloin Steaks but certainly not filets. They also package them with the best side up so the shoppers can't see the large veins of fat.

I purchased my eye glasses I got name brand glasses with anti glare and scratch resist at no additional cost and transition lens at less then half what most optical stores charge

Nice place but the managers are rude! Emily and Carla are really bad managers, treat their employees badly and don't address situations correctly.

Huge Sam's club. This was a very clean place. It looks like it could use an update like some of the other clubs. I stopped in to look for a couple of things and they didn't have what I wanted but that's not on them. I was taking a chance they would.

Horrible customer service! Bad attitude at customer service desk while inquiring about membership. Over 20 minutes on hold to speak with a manager about poor customer service. This results in me not getting your membership!
