They change the recipe on the fruit smiles don't buy them in that new box they nasty and they made my stomach hurt from eating them and also made me want to vomit disgusting do not buy

The store is great the staff are the best helpful and joyful and kind but the only complaint I have is the handicap carts I am currently handicapped and I was on the cart I got close to the bakery right by the exit and the car stopped and said approaching store boundary then I turned it off and moved then I went to the pizza and meals section of the grocery section if the store and it said the same thing and I was confused because I was not at the boundary and it took me 5 min to get the cart to work and move forward instead of backwards

If you're coming this Walmart and you're disabled forget it no Mark carts ever employees are extremely rude like they don't even give a crap management sucks here the store is dirty so I advise you I would go anywhere but this place it's just horrible

Ordered canvas prints in November. Was told a dozen times it wasn't ready. I physically saw the project halfway done in store. Called today and my order magically has disappeared. I have never been so disgusted with lack of customer service. Do not go here.

First time having to shop here. I went through the app, and it had said everything I got was in stock, but once it was being delivered that's when 5 out of 6 of my items were changed and not even close to what I had originally ordered. I will say the delivery driver was fast and careful with it.

Third time shopping here. Prior to this year I boycotted Walmart. I had heard they're doing better with how they treat employees so thought I'd give them a chance. This Walmart is awful. Only 1-2 cashiers to check out EVER so I always just go through self checkout. First time I went, they were out of carts indoors so I walked back to the parking lot to find a discarded cart. No one was collecting carts to return them to the store! Self checkout was a mess because the machine rang up an item 8x and I had to go to customer service to get a refund. Last time I came, the machine wasn't recognizing an item I scanned so I asked for help. The person monitoring the machines came over and said, "I don't know what to do so just go through the cashier's line," when I asked if she could help me scan the item because the machine wasn't recognizing the bar code. So I stood in line for 20 mins for that and the cashier had to call a manager. Today, the items rang up at the wrong price and the person at self checkout said she didn't know why and couldn't help. "No, I just work here," was her response when I asked if she could ring up the correct price. She then walked away and complained to the customer next to me that I was being unreasonable. No, honey, you don't work here. You stand there being unprofessional is what you do. Happy to reaffirm my commitment to avoid Walmart for another 15 years.

This store had two open registers, and over ten baskets in lines. The one register was telling people only a few items and the other line was telling people after 15 minutes of standing they were closing and would have to move. The managers answer was to ask if I knew anyone looking for a job, and a o well to bad you don't like starting over and over in line. She didn't seem concerned that I will never again shop in "her" store and I will share with everyone who wants to know they are not interested in customer service or happiness.

It's a good store but they need to do better with enforcing masks... people just walk in without a mask and the door person says something to them but they just keep walking... no mask no service?

Service desk has more than 13 people in line with people standing around including Ashley in online services who is standing there smiling at us doing absolutely nothing - Mgmt called and she does nothing - it's ridiculous !!

Not great, not terrible. A number of shelves were empty here and there, but I did manage to find what I was looking for so I shouldn't complain. Food section had several items being restocked and was not particularly tidy but the cooler of beers was properly stocked. Some of the other areas were needing attention. Again, not great. Checking out was easy with a short line and almost enough registers open for the number of customers. It was an A-OK experience. [Review 11445 overall, 1223 of 2019.]

Made the mistake of coming here and actually needing help. I don't have high expectations ever coming to Walmart. Outside of a quick run in and knowing exactly what you want, I'd never recommend coming to especially this location. Absolute incompetence from workers that complain openly about doing their jobs or having to help. Save your sanity. Go to Target, or the Walmart Supercenter in Sugarcreek. That ones awesome in comparison

This is the second Walmart photo center that I have had a difficult time with in the past week alone. I ordered one hour prints. When I called to check on the order, the phone rang for five minutes with no one answering. Then customer service answered and transferred me right back to the photo center. Rang and rang. Finally picked up and promptly hung up on me.
