If I could put a zero star rating I would. Terrible experience. I went in for contacts. I was told they would be in in a week, week and a half. After a week and a half I called and was told that were not in. I went in after 2 weeks and was told that it must have been dropped from their system. How does that happen? She said she would reorder them. I also wanted to order glasses for back up and was told I had to wait until my contacts came in before I could order glasses. Still don't have either one. I wanted my prescriptions to go somewhere else and was told the doctor has not written my prescription so I could not have it. So now I am going to another company to get my glasses. Also should mention how rude the staff is. Especially after I told them to cancel the order and I started asking them questions about my prescription.

I have always went to Jason McCain, optometrist. As does the rest of the family. He is very thorough and very nice. Most everyone of the staff are nice. I prefer Sandy to take care of my needs with ordering glasses. My whole family feels that way. Sandy is not only knowledgeable of her job she is a very nice person to deal with. So when I read some of the comments I here I had to share my Positive experience with this Vision Center.

Doctor left before my appointment, which I drove 30 minutes one way to go to. Zero stars and I am going to a competitor now wasted my time, money, and offered no way to resolve it. Clearly the doctor he doesn't care about his or her patients.

Waited an hour and she took the person in who showed up after me. Very rude and unprofessional. Had to go somewhere else to adjust them.

Staff is terrible, never use them . I did not see the optometrist,I had a exam done elsewhere and took my prescription in to have 2 separate Pair of safety glasses made. Two separate trips neither pair any good ,and they refuse to make another pair . I'm out $300, insurance did not cover and no glasses. Rude ,inconsiderate,lazy and no consideration for your outta pocket expense. Well you got my last dollar ,and everyone I meet I inform them of your discourteous customer service!!!

Horrible experience. I will NEVER go back. Put the wrong lenses in my glasses, then took a week to fix the mistake. At this time I had no other glasses. Went back to get them a second time and had to wait over an hour. No apologies for their huge mistake.

I read all the reviews, but decided I was going to make a appointment anyway. I am glad I did. Everyone was nice, they had a great selection of frames, and I got my glasses in less than a week.

I was just in a vision center and there were three employees in there and I was in there for about 10 minutes looking at glasses and not one of them offered to assist me at all. I know you should probably ask them if you need something but at least acknowledge customers when they walk in to look around. I was the only one in there. Instead, they decided to talk about personal stuff, so Walmart you’re paying these people to sit around and act like they’re in a lounge.

This Location has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I asked for assistance, the associates seemed bothered. I was inquiring about a pair of Coach frames; However, the woman’s demeanor along with the gentleman never even acknowledged my presence and were hesitant to help. I was racially profiled here in Beavercreek…I’m concerned about others experiences especially if you are partnered with designer brands.

I went into the Sugarcreek Township Walmart and ordered contact lenses. They told me they would ship them to me and I should have them in 3 to 5 days. I went in last Thursday five days ago and they said if I did not have them by Monday to call them that they had shipped. I called them today and they informed me that they were on back order and they didn’t know when they would be in and they didn’t have any trial pairs for me to use in the meantime. They should’ve called me as soon as they knew they were on back order and giving me the choice to go somewhere else and given a refund or wait. I am out of contact lenses now and have no idea when I will get them I am furious. Walmart always screws up I will not go back there anymore.
