After spending over $200 then going to get a cover for my phone..on my way out..I was racially profiled on my way out. around 2:25pm today.. I was stopped and my Receipt was asked for..they turnt to a white women and said she was good to go without checking her receipt...luckily I didn't knock them all out...this happened at the exit home and pharmacy...

Bought 2 new tires and scheduled an appointment to have them installed. Appointment was at 1pm and the car was there early and dropped off. Then got an email at 1:30 that they cancelled the appointment. I kept the 2 tires but they still haven’t refunded the cost of the installation that they didn’t do.

It's Walmart, it's hit or miss. They have way more employees now to not help you if you need. They told me the jewelry counter It was open till 10: 00. I show up at 9:15 then they tell me it closed at 9. :00 I show up at 8:00 It takes them at least 20 minutes to get someone to the jewelry counter. I don't feel that they treat me with the same respect that they treat certain other people. Some of the employees have gotten to know me, and they have some new ones too, but really really stink literally.

Purchased a car stereo online for curbside pickup. Got it home and it had been open and used and was missing parts. I took it back to Walmart and was hoping to exchange it however they don't do exchanges. So I had to return it and I went to purchase another. I didn't have my wallet because I thought I would just exchange it but they don't do exchanges. So I went to pay with my phone but they don't have tap to pay and Mary the team lead had already processed the purchase and when she told me they didn't have tap to pay and I told her that I would just purchase online again for pickup, the team lead Mary got upset because she would have to cancel the transaction. I'd hate to see how she would react if she actually had a real difficult situation to deal with.

Morons just said they system be down and had no way to help out or suggest any contingency. They are not the only store in town so I'll never go there again. In fairness, it was the tire department and I can only say the people on the inside of the store have always been nice and helpful.

Everytime I come into this Walmart I feel like I’m being profiled . Today I told my husband to get a pregnancy test and he asked 3 different people to help him unlock the case for it and NO ONE helped . Everyone kept giving him the run around . I wonder if he wasn’t a black man would he have received help sooner .
