do not trust alex bell store or lazy lying employees. especially customer service. was told i could buy a 500.00 international western union money order by sarah. western union doesn't sell international money orders. she said if any problems bring it back for refund. stood in long line as older lady (sandy) told me to make out m.o. to kroger & sign it. 10 seconds later said it can't be cashed and tossed me out of the line. i saw sarah and ask her to fix things as she is the one 2 hours earlier and a couple days before sold me the money order. she acted as if she knew nothing. i got western union on phone to sandy, she didn't want to be bothered . had to stand in long line again . western union rep said to cash it 2 times. sarah & sandy lied over & over claiming their 3rd party check cashing company turned it down and tossed me out of line again. the 3rd party company has nothing but repeatitive recording's leading in circles. enter's" neal" the store manager who is a lazy twit ( of no help at all). "sarah" & sandy being the most dishonest, rude,, lying, discusting people i have ever ran accross ignored ever concern i had. if western union decides the m.o. is valid i may get a refund . after 30 plus days and processing fee's, not to mention the fee's i had to pay kroger for nothing.they may think this is over--it is not.i am filing with moraine police, kroger cinnci headquarters, better business bereau & ohio attorney general's office against these 3 people and the store. that is just the begining of the problem's they will have. ((a side note)) that money was going to go to the uk to help pay for my gf's suprize birthday party & more important her little 5 year old autistic boy's special party as he graduated his special school he worked so hard at. thanks to these people & kroger that is not going to happen now. ps shop elsewhere. this store is so dishonest --moraine police have warned people against going there because they steal from customers. and never ever use there money services at customer service desk.

With the new Kroger being built and everything getting upgraded, this store is much nicer than it use to be. I appreciate the large selection of food. As someone with food allergies it's nice to have options to choose from. It's also really nice to have another gas station then just Speedway. Kroger also usually has one of the lowest prices around. The lack of cashiers sometime can be annoying. I get that is more to do with people not wanting or able to work, but it can be frustrating to have to use self-scan when you have a lot of items.

I am a loyal Kroger shopper, and this is one of my favorite locations in the Dayton area. It's convenient, it's clean, the prices are decent, the quality of the food is great.It is very frustrating that the stocking crew comes out so early. I work nights myself, so trying to get to the store before they close at 11, (when they used to be 24 hours), can be difficult for me. Why the stocking crew needs to be out at 7 or 8 pm, is beyond me. Wasn't the whole purpose of changing hours to allow them for ample time to clean and stock? Doesn't seem that's what is being done. This location also consistently closes about 10 mins early which is extremely annoying. Someone walking in at 10:50pm could easily grab several items before the posted 11pm closing time. If you close at 11, you close at 11. No 10:59, not 10:55, and definitely not 10:50. I have mentioned this in several of the Kroger surveys that I have filled out, but it doesn't seem that they actually read those or take any actions against suggestions and complaints.I really hope that stores get back to 24 hours, because being rushed out 10 mins before close has gotten increasingly frustrating!

Heard the store manager is dating his employees. He is currently dating his last customer service manager from the last store he worked. Wasn't he recently married for 10 years prior to then separating. And immediately from the break up not the actual separation he starts that relationship. Then announces publicly that the two of them are together 3 months before legally going to court for dissolution to be legally separated. Man what a way to take a family. Isn't this against Kroger code of ethics. What a way to keep work relationships professional and separate from personal relationships. And to know he had managed her boundaries were crossed no doubt. How is he with other woman he manages. Seems like he cannot be trusted.

Last night I tried picking up groceries for the second time from this location. I chose my order time to be ready by 6 pm and was wasting time around the area to pick up my order. I was called at 5:30 pm to let me know they are busy and won't have my order ready until closer to 9 pm when I ordered it around 11 am! I was so disappointed as this is the second poor experience I have had with online grocery order through Kroger and let them know to cancel my order. The girl could have cared less! I would rather use Meijer grocery pick up due to their great customer service, communication and orders ready way before the scheduled time.

We had been very excited to try the new Kroger location that was built. The produce, beverage and meat/seafood departments are wonderful. Unfortunately the meat department over the weekend had nothing available so we had to go to another store. The staff in the alcohol department is always incredible, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the rest of the staff does not speak to you. The cashier refused to give me the price that was listed or go check. I have always enjoyed another nearby grocery store. I wanted to give this store a chance, although it hasn't been the best experience. Hopefully it gets better in time.

Absolutely horrible experience! Placed two online orders for pick up and both were delayed a day. We were supposed to pick up on my dad's birthday.. really disappointing as there were things in the order my family needed for the celebration. When we arrive to pick up the orders the next day, we waited 20 minutes and finally received one of the orders, which only had 2 items in it! We then waited 20 additional minutes for the second order before calling again. My dad called 3 times to check on the other order which kept buzzing. I used my phone to call and someone answered right away. We're thinking they put his number on a black list. When I called they were down right rude and nasty. Saying "we're getting the orders out as soon as we can. It'll be 15 more minutes". It ended up being way more than 15 and we were here for almost AN HOUR waiting on the food! Do not pick up from this Kroger! They are understaffed and employees work at a slow pace. They need to reduce the amount of orders that are allowed at one time to prevent delays. Very bad operations management.

Click list orders not being finished when promised ... Click list associates will use profanity and hang up on you ... Manager pitman refuses to help and will place you on constant hold , with the hope you will just go away ... New building same crap customer service ...

olution onto carpet like it was suppose to but there was no suction. Mud came out of it on very first swipe. The mud then stained my carpet and the machine did NOT get the mud out of my carpet. I had to use the stair tool on my hands and knees to clean my carpets (kroger's was closed) and I also had to use paper towels, towels and 0lastic to try to catch the flowing water from what I assume is a cracked frame underneath
