Thought I would try this for myself since I door dashed these wings with some frequency. The experience wasn't expected to be fantastic but...it's just ....whyyy do people eat here?!Staff is miserable, food is mid, wait is forever.Has no one heard of Roosters?

2 out of the 7 workers were nice but I had a horrible experience with one of the younger guys. After patiently waiting an hour over after my expected eta, I asked him to check on my order and he stared at me for a long time with an annoyed face and walked away, never helping me but proceeding to help everyone else (just so happen to be all men) around me. Let it be clear I never once was rude - being a service worker myself I rarely comment on people’s work elsewhere, but he made me so uncomfortable that it brought me to tears because I would never treat people that way.i wish he was wearing a name tag so I could name drop him. I will gladly never come back.

The food is good and all but be prepared to wait for a long time. It doesn’t matter if you’re ordering for yourself or you’re out door dashing and picking up here for someone else, it’s gonna be a hot minute.

I order in the store a big order and I told them to take their time so I can have a hot fresh meal , but unfortunately I waited for more than one hour and when I got home I was missing 3 items and the wings were so soooo sooooo cold and dryI called the store back 5 times no one answered the phone . I was really embarrassed with my guests

Slowest service ever. Waited an hour and a half for my online order while the kitchen staff was just horsing around the entire time. There is zero communication. And somehow, the food was all cold. What did I wait so long for?????

I have to say the guy with blonde hair and a ponytail working at the front counter later in the evenings is rude!!! If you love rudeness and no hospitality you will love him! If you hate your job/life find something new! We all get irritated but don't take it out your customers;

It was fine. My wings weren’t great and my fries were cold. I’ve had better Wing Stop experiences. Staff was nice though, and worked well with how busy they were.

The worst wingstop ive ever been too. First of all took 30 mins ti get my order which was placed an hour ago. And the old Lady working there, i dont know her name since there were no name tags, has the worst attitude. I went up to her to ask an update but no repky. Never coming back.

Allen was awesome!! He made sure he kept us updated on our online order as soon as we got there. He even gave a some great comedy!! The food was amazing, especially the voodoo fries and corn!! The Hawaiian wings are still my favorite and a must have!!

Wasn't the worst experience I've had, but it wasn't the greatest either.Ended up arriving only to be told it would be a 40 minute wait or thereabouts. They were apparently quite behind on tickets, although who knows how often this is the case since long waits seem to be a common theme here according to reviews, something I only found out after the fact.Ended up being an hour and 15 minutes. All for a 20 wing special with large fries, and a chicken sandwich combo.As for the food itself? Quite good, but it may not be likely I come here if it's gonna be at least 40 minutes of waiting every time.

The food in itself was just okay. You can tell the order was rushed. They were understaffed, which inevitably prolonged orders. There were people who were there for well over an hour that had placed online, in store, and door dash, myself included. The ready time said 30 minutes which is so misleading if they were understaffed. The management didn’t even come to the restaurant to help them, which they were struggling. They could only do so much but it led to frustrated customers and even led to some cancelling their order. I just think the management could have done so much better at prioritizing the customers. It was honestly ridiculous waiting that long and doesn’t really make me want to go back anytime soon, if ever..

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.My food is NEVER ready when they say, it always takes an extra hour on top of the estimated wait. And when I do finally get my food it’s never correct. Either the food is cold or it’s the wrong sauce or not what we ordered.Don’t bother trying to call them for them to correct it, they’ll just hang up on your four times. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. Being short staffed isn’t an excuse for getting orders wrong and not taking calls.NOT WORTH IT.
