Wright Patt credit Union, open me a new account. They were very friendly, very informative, and their CD rates are better than what I received back in Seattle at BECU

This branch has always taken very good care of me. I would say of every WPCU branch between here and Cincinnati, this one causes me the least amount of stress. I get that it is a backhanded compliment... But you still get five stars from me.

I went to the branch by the Dayton Mall on Tuesday June 8 to see a financial advisor. They were not able to get his schedule to give me an appointment but they told me they’ll call me to give me an appointment. It’s June 17th and nobody has called me. I called the 800 number and they transferred me to the branch retirement center. It was 3:30 and nobody answered. I left a message. Not being able to talk to my branch directly when I need it it’s totally unacceptable and I am very unhappy to the service they are giving me.Ana María Douglas

Second time ATM has ate my money within the year, app is always down, website is always down. Customer service through the drive thru isn't helpful. Time to switch banks.

I am clearly frustrated with WPCU at this time. I understand the concerns with COVID 19 for I am an essential worker and have not had my agency close during the pandemic. The issue is that I don't have 45 minutes to an hour to sit in a drive thru lane and that has been consistent every time I go to the bank. I go to the branch on Kingsridge and the tellers don't seem to have any urgency and they also seem to be new for they are not well trained and make the process even longer. It is time to consider how to open the buildings as everyone else has even if you have to stand outside to wait your turn. When you have 3-4 staff directing traffic in the parking lot, they could be controlling the number of people in the branch at the front door and we all could get done more quickly. I will consider switching banks if access continues to be a problem.
