I’ll be closing my account tomorrow. Every few months, they put a hold on my account saying that my card has been stolen. It’s always always always at the most inconvenient times. I’ve never in my life seen anything like this from a bank and of course they don’t have customer service in the evenings. Do yourself a favor and bank with someone else.

This place is a complete joke. I withdrew money from their atm. Walked inside and then asked if I could exchange the bills I had for smaller bills and some change so I could reimburse a few people with exact change. There were no other customers in the bank at the time who would have had to wait on this.
The older Asian woman asked if I was a member. When I said no, she refused to help. Sooo do you think I would ever become a member, based on this crappy customer service? Was this her being lazy? Or just being ridiculous? Maybe both.
I ended up going off base to US bank. They handled this in about 2 mins and I was out the door. They didn't even ask if I banked there (I do).
