If I could give 0 stars I would I been trying to get in contact with the collection department all day about some money I owe and I was on the phone waiting for 30 minutes after it hung up .. I talked to someone on the 16th about stopping payments because I wouldn’t be able to pay for today but it still took money off my account today and now my account is negative.. like I need someone to please get in contact with me asap

Turns out that my account was closed for inactivity..they charged inactivity fees until there was no more money to charge account and account was then closed. Initially they said all i needed was $5 dollars to keep account open. Turned out to be not true. Was not informed and now they tell me they cannot reimburse me because account is closed and money has been given to the state. Wow. Careful with this bank...just when you think your money is safe with the bank...not true in this case...i feel i was robbed.

I was DENIED a car loan from Wright Patt.... I have banked there for many years... I have a savings/ checking & credit cards from them along with a 700+ credit score... The funny thing is Day Air Credit Union approved me in a matter of seconds.... So I closed all my accounts with Wright Patt and moved over to Day Air where I am treated like a valuable customer.
