Despite a very frustrating AAA experience with them sending 2 prior tow trucks over 2 days that wouldn’t/couldn’t help. Dylan (Wren’s) took the time to help me. He is Patient, kind, and truly my hero! He was able to get my car when nobody else could and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you, Dylan!!!

Called AAA for a tow on an 09 F150 giving all the info they asked for and they sent someone from this company.
Driver tells me his bed is too long to accommodate for the parking lot the vehicle was in.The parking lot is fairly large and though the truck has a somewhat flat tire it could’ve been moved to better position for the tow truck or even to another nearby location. He didn’t ask nor offer.
I don’t know if he didn’t know what to do or if he had plans with the passenger but to hear the job can’t be done after waiting 2hrs is pretty disheartening. Says someone else has been assigned to the job who can better accommodate. Hope it’s not going to be another 2hrs.

These guys seriously helped me out in a tough spot tonight. AAA gave them the wrong location and they still made sure to get ahold of me and find out where I was, and get my vehicle safely towed to where it needed to go! Highly recommend! I believe it was Brian that helped me. Awesome customer service.

My father and my sister had a blow out and ran their car in the ditch on the 70/75 interchange called AAA they were there way ahead of schedule and were so kind and helped get the car out of the ditch and hauled off of the interstate and home safely highly recommend for any of your towing needs thank you again for you great service and hospitality

Excellent service. I hit a deer at 11:30 at night. Wrens responded quickly from the AAA app. Jonathan was excellent. Very knowledgeable of his job and very friendly. Made a bad experience with hitting a deer pleasant to deal with. Thank you!!!

Called AAA for tow service they told me it would be 1 hour 45 min. and next thing I knew Wrens towing was calling telling me they would be here in 7 min. He had my vehicle loaded up on a rollback in no time and we were at the destination before the time AA A gave me for pick up. Doug was my driver and he did a wonder job and we had a nice visit during travels. He was very polite, prompt, and would highly recommend! Thank you Doug (Wrens)for helping me out today!! Stay safe!

This company provides excellent customer service. Brian was prompt on arrival, efficient with the hook up and recovery process. He was so friendly and professional. Went above and beyond for us, as we were out of state when we had our accident.Brian, and the owner himself, were so helpful in providing resources and all things needed as we navigated through this process. Their genuine compassion brought us so much peace in this uncertain and challenging moment. They were even gracious enough to provide towing to our home, about 280 miles away.
Brian was truly a hero in our time of need, almost felt like family when the adventure was complete. Thank you really doesn’t say enough!! I would recommend them 100 times over and if you get Brian you will be double blessed!!

Jonathan was super helpful in explaining that the lower control arm of my passenger side wheel was disconnected. Was very clear in making sure I knew what was happening during every step in the towing process. Even gave me a call to make sure my car was at the right repair shop and included a note of my information and a listing of the car’s problems. If you need a towing, you’re in great hands here!
