“Dr. Ben is the best! My girls have been under his care since 2020, I trust him implicitly. He treats my dogs as if they were his own, and I know they are safe with him. He managed my senior dog's Cushings disease until she passed in 2022 as an old lady at 15. He's helped my middle fur child transition from youth into her senior years. And he's been along for the ride with my youngest since I got her at 7 weeks. Highly recommend Dr. Ben!”

“Dr. Gallardo and his staff are the best group of people that I have been involved with when it comes to choosing a veterinarian. Whether it’s routine scheduling, or a pet emergency, which I’ve had several times, they were awesome. After my 12 yr old dog passed recently, they made a terrible situation tolerable. Highly recommend! As a retired police officer, I appreciate honesty and was tired of being viewed as a revenue source by other vets in this area. I’ve already begun taking my new dog to Dr. G! “My senior, soul cat Rupert only visited Howell for about a year or so, but they always treated him exceptionally well, especially during his final days. He became unexpectedly ill and Howell really came through with caring for him on an emergency basis so that he didn't need to spend unnecessary time in pain or discomfort at a large scale emergency vet clinic. Dr. John was so compassionate and sweet when explaining his options and ultimately administering euthanasia to put my sweet boy to rest. I'm forever grateful to this team and am so grateful he was taken care of here. I can't recommend them enough <3”
“Dr. Helen Garber has been wonderful each time we’ve gone in for wellness exams. What I do really appreciate is the staff will send you emails during the visit about different brands of food or hygiene items to try. FTAH is also very forthcoming about prices of procedures, exams, assessments and meds. I definitely feel like they treat my dog like a member of the family. Dr. Garber will talk with me, address Cash, “talk” with him, examine, spray cheese and whatever else which makes the overall experience feel better instead just a transaction. I may have been there a total of 30-40 minutes today which may seem like a while but truly I wasn’t being rushed out the door and all my questions were answered and follow up was communicated.”

When I was desperate to have my cat, Coco seen, they were the only place that could handle her. she got kicked out of and banned from PetSmart and I had three other vets try to see her but they couldn't handle her. This place is the only place that helped me and honestly it kept me from having to put her down because that was the only other choice I had. “I was seen by Dr. Russell for my senior kitty, she was very gentle with my kitty, and made sure to walk me through each check she did, and allowed me to visualize what she was feeling/seeing while preforming her exam. She was extremely thorough, and made sure that we covered all of our bases before we finished the appointment! She allowed me to ask questions, and she answered them all as best as she could, which definitely reassured me that the steps I was taking for preventative care were best. She addressed all of my concerns, and then some!! 10/10 visit, and I’m definitely going to recommend others to come here as well!!”

“I can’t say enough good things about this vet hospital. They care for my retired K9 Creed, my working K9 Armour, and my older blind dog Daisey, and the care is truly exceptional. The doctors and staff are amazing—compassionate, professional, and they treat my dogs like their own. I’m so grateful for the love and care they give every visit. Highly recommend!”
