Just upgraded my work van and purchased it from E Z motors. Amy and her husband were great and made the buying process very easy. Test drive and all paperwork we were in and out in an hour with the best customer service. Highly recommend dealing with them.

We found a great Toyota Corolla for my daughter for her college commute from Austintown to Kent State. From the beginning, Amy was extremely professional and honest. From the first message about the car to making sure everything on the car was right, it was an excellent buying experience. Wonderful local business that displays honesty and integrity. Amy is an angel! She went above and beyond to help my wife and I get into a car when odds were not particularly in our favor. My wife and I would recommend EZ Motors to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. They are honest and straight forward and just all around very good people! The buying process was very easy. And we ended up getting a really nice vehicle and it was within our budget. We definitely recommend and plan on buying cars from here going forward!

Trash people with manipulative selling tactics. Dishonest. Doesn't disclose car faulties only to drive vehicle home and find out things broken or missing parts.
Faulty windshield motor which was like that when driven off their lot and now in need of a new transfer case as a result of another unidentifiable issue. The car is now sitting at mechanic's shop who is incapable for doing replacement/repairs, so the car needs towed to a more advanced auto shop. I'm looking at more than likely a few thousand dollar replacement on top of the money I owe on the vehicle. I haven't even had the car in my possession for 6 months.
They don't answer the phone to have a real adult conversation, will only text back and forth arguing and insulting you and makes accusations and assumptions. No real solutions offered or responsibility taken, other than tell you to bring the DEAD vehicle to their trusted mechanic they will only go through in Deerfield. (I live in Girard) I am out of money as I've already had two people look at the car and out of resources. I'm a single mom of 3 and have no patience nor the time to be screwed with. Thank the good Lord, my job is allowing me to work from home until I get this situation figured out.
Save yourself the hassle and go to a legitimate place. You may pay a little more, but in my opinion, honesty and integrity is priceless in our world.

My wife and I just got a car from here. I have to say, my experience was awesome. I test drove 3 cars, all of which were in great condition. Now I did have a volunteer repo in my name because of another dealer ( a popular one at that) selling me a lemon they hid pretty well. EZ Motor didn't seem to worry to much about it and got me hooked up with a car anyways. They were nothing but honest, kind and helpful. They got my grandpa and brother in great vehicles as well. I am definitely going to go back the next time I need a car.

I love coming in contact with people like Amy. A very kind and nice person! She worked with me and sold me an amazing 2014 Ford Fusion that I love to pieces! Great car for a great deal from a really great company! I was searching for a vehicle with good mileage and good on gas. I found this online and immediately was interested. I traveled about 50 minutes the next day to get to Ez Motors and I do not regret it! Very grateful for them here. Highly recommend. Thank you again!

The owners are awesome! They were super friendly and egregious to my sister and myself. The Jeep looked as good in real life as it did in the pics, and it was an easy transaction. I would definitely recommend them as a first choice for anyone looking for a great used vehicle.

I bought a 2014 f-150 about two days ago and these were genuinely some of the best people I have ever met. Amy was willing to work with me and helped me out quite a bit. I would add this woman to my emergency contacts. If you’re looking for a used vehicle in good shape it’s absolutely worth dropping by and giving it a look.

The car buying process could not be easier with Amy and her husband. We were looking for a great AWD small SUV for our new teen driver and they had several options to choose from. We ended up with a 2016 Chevy Equinox with very low miles, and she is very happy with her car and we were happy it didn't break the bank. Go see Amy and John for any of your used car/truck/motorhome/motorcycle needs! If they don't have it, they can find it for you. We would buy from them again.
