I called and Tanya answered the call. I'd wanted a storage unit near or in Defiance since I'm planning on moving there. Tanya was great and very helpful. Still in planning stages. Once I talk to someone tomorrow though, it's a done deal. This is a company that cares. Not many out there do anymore.

No problems getting it setup, and no issues with access. The road in front of my unit could use some maintenance. Although not their fault, I am also next to the train tracks. It is painfully deafening when it goes by. Don't take anything NEAR the tracks.
