“My two cents: we used to spend wayyy too much time in the finance department at a car dealer. Several years ago we went through Midwest Community in Defiance, OH and their customer service and SPEED is TOP NOTCH! Banks are closed today (June 19th) and our lender stayed late yesterday to finish up our car loan. They can basically get 95% done via email - which is awesome with jobs and kids and schedules. Heck we even signed via e-docs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.”
