“James was absolutely amazing! We went from having no vehicle at all (even though the website gave us a confirmation number) to getting us the exact vehicle we needed AND working with us when we ended up having to extend our rental reservation several more days! James saved our family vacation and was SO great with our inpatient 9 year old son while we sorted out the paperwork!”
