Two pumps not working for weeks. One pump the card reader is jammed and you can't insert your credit card. No windshield cleaning fluid in any of the bins - what little was in one was frozen solid because someone watered it down, turning it into ice. 4 days straight with the emergency spill bin wide open. If there is any manager, they obviously don't care about the way the gas pump area looks and operates. Very sad because I am forced to use Circle K for fueling my work vehicle. If I could go anywhere else in Defiance, I would. And if there was a better run/managed Circle K in Defiance I would happily go there ... unless it was as badly run as this one. Be grateful I didn't mark this a ONE star!

Employees are rude and talking about customers calling them satan. This store has gone downhill. They was annoyed when I pulled in because they had to go inside and do their jobs. Very unprofessional. Do better!

This location is where I normally get my fuel in Defiance. Tonight, all the pumps were shut down, pricing was still lit up on the street sign, and no out of order signs were put up. 10:30pm Aug. 8

Ever since this place remodeled the service has been spotty. Out of ice and a lot of bottled pops. Also not very clean. Such a let down.

The store clerk "Lisa" is always difficult to check out with. Also she always seems to be in a bad mood. It takes a lot for me to write a review.... So take that into consideration.

I got this circle K reloadable gift card because it allegedly gives 6 cents discount per gallon and this is the second time that it did not give me the 6 cents discount at the pump. The cashier had me reactivate a newer Circle K reloadable gift card and same thing. Some other Circle K staff claim they don't know how to do it, only their managers does. I believe that Circle K doesn't want to give this little discount anymore. Gas is up so let's make the maximum and lose customers' loyalty!
