“I had some problems with my iPhone and they were willing to take a look at it with me and troubleshoot. I was able to get a hold of them easily and the customer service was good when I came in. They had my phone a few days and found no issues and offered to buy it from me. I declined only because I know I can probably get a bit more myself off eBay if I find the issues I had persists.
I also bought a display from them a while ago and have been happy with it.
